We were looking for a new comfortable patio set that would last. Because of COVID we hadn't been a store for almost two years at that point. We were greeted warmly and taken care of. We got a beautiful set (for more money than we wanted to spend but worth every penny. The only downside was the months-long wait for it to arrive. I will use them for all my furniture purchases going forward.

We walked in looking for a dual recliner with a console about a month ago. After browsing around and trying out a few for about 15 minutes, we headed for the door. We never were acknowledged the whole time in there. Bought one elsewhere. I try and shop local, but it's disheartening when you don't get waited on.

Purchased 2 Jasper La-Z-Boy rocker, swivel, recliners in May. Paid $1,788.07 (additional charge for 'swivel' base). Delivered in November. Both chairs leaned forward. Very uncomfortable, it felt like we were about to fall out of the chairs all the time. Also, there was very little 'pillow stuffing' in the neck area of these chairs so neck pain is a given.When we called the Crystal River Easy Livin' Furniture store they said they couldn't correct the problem unless they took off the swivel on the bottom, and placed a different base that would no longer swivel. And, to add insult to injury, they wanted an additional $139 to come out, and make this base exchange. So not only were we not compensated for the loss of the swivel base, but we had to pay MORE for the regular base to be placed. Needless to say, after he removed the round bases, we kept them.When we asked the repair tech if something could be done with the 'stuffing issue' he said no he couldn't do anything.Take away from this is Do Not Purchase La-Z-Boy Jasper recliners with swivel bases!! You will regret it. And, find out before hand what to expect if issues arise. Going forward we will NEVER buy La-Z-Boy again. The only good thing out of all this was the friendliness of the technician who replaced the bases. Mike was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.P.S. When we tried this chair out in the store it was not a swivel base, and had plenty of 'stuffing in the neck area'.J. Enger

We werent even in there 5 minutes before leaving. Employee immediately acknowledged us as soon as we walked in and followed us around the entire store, felt like she was breathing down our necks. Felt like she didn’t even want us there.

Sales people were very nice, no pressure to buy and the store has a great selection of furniture but the delivery of "4 to 6 weeks from date of sale" slipped by. The date of sale was September 6. I was just informed that delivery of my two recliners will be on November 4. The La-Z-Boy manufacturer's web site states that delivery is usually "8 to 10 weeks for custom orders" which my leather recliners are. With that in mind, the delivery is with the manufacturer's stated time frame.

I cannot express how great this place is. We were in a crises because a chemical was spilled on our sofa. We had to get a sofa ASAP. The chemical smell was horrific and our poor puppy couldn't even be near the livingroom at all. We went to several furniture stores and could not find anything we like, that we thought was solid and for a reasonable price . In the past we have had several loveseats that in less than a year started to fall apart (severe sinking of the cushions etc.) So we were skeptical. Our first visit to Easy Livin surprised us. The second sofa we saw we really liked. Solid, comfortable and reasonable. Tommy helped us get the sofa ASAP because of our situation and we then ordered the matching loveseat which came a few weeks later. Tommy was terrific and understanding of our situation. He answered all our questions and I can say 7 mo later we are still thrilled with our purchases. I would not ever hesitate to purchase from Easy Livin again. Highly recommend.
