I couldn't be more unhappy with this place. I wanted a Pioneer, he insisted that Pioneers customer service was horrible and convinced my to go with Sony...The installation took a very long time. The Sony is a glitchy POS and I'm now learning that HIS customer service is horrible. He doesn't follow up, or follow through...You have to chase him...I will lose my shirt, but I will take my ride where I can get what I want and throw this glitchy Sony in the trash! I certainly won't be back to Dealer's Choice.

I've had Dealers Choice do my boat, my Son's boat and just finished my sons King Ranch. Each time he stayed late to deliver when he said it would be finished. I've only had great experiences doing business there. It's funny reading the other posts because people are too sensitive. Maybe try spending a little time talking with the owner and not just drop off and pick up. He's a great dude and all three times he has done work for us took the time to explain everything he did and has always said come back if you have any issues. The owner is a professional and is laser focused on what he does. I'll be back a fourth time for sure!

Very good service, great prices. Had them install a Sony touch screen into my wifes Jeep for an Anniversary present. Did a wonderful job on it. Definitely will be back for some other extras.

I have a Sony radio in my 2003 F350. My radio was Glitching took it back to dealer's choice. Got my warranty swap out on my radio and had it all done in an hour. Trust these guys with everything I own.

I just had a new stereo and speakers installed in my 2018 Dodge Ram, everything about the installation was perfect, so happy I did it and will definitely be back for more work.

Steve is absolutely wonderful. He was super easy to work with and installed a nice radio in my vehicle and even stayed later than his normal hours to do so. 10/10 would highly recommend if you are looking for quality service.

I stopped in to see if I could get a after market radio for my Chrysler 300. With out any issues,Steve looked it up and in 2 weeks time it was installed professionally by Steve himself. Great job and can't thank him enough. Mike

Just hung up from a very disrespectful phone call. The young man who spoke to me was very dismissive - like I wasn't important. And I was calling to ask about the installation of a car play radio. I hope this young man is told about the importance of the first impression.
