I contacted Rick to find parts for my Sanden compressor. Even though the parts were not available he went out of his way to help me find a remedy for my problem. He went as far as to send me a repair manual via E-mail and then recommended another alternative to my problem. We talked several times over the phone and although he was never compensated for his time, he was helpful and courteous. If ever I need anything else, he will be my first choice.

Rick helped me find the correct compressor for a 93 Defender I had at my shop with an aftermarket A/C system. The one that was currently installed, had a cylinder head from another compressor. We wanted to avoid swapping cylinder heads, and find one that was a direct swap. Rick spent time talking on the phone with me, receiving and reviewing photos to find us a compatible one. We were able to get our customers vehicle taken care of in a timely manner and we couldn’t have done it without Rick’s expertise, patience and top notch customer service.

Finding a replacement compressor for a 40 year old car with an aftermarket a/c system isn't easy, in fact the shop working on my vehicle gave up and left it to me. Of all the many outlets I contacted the only positive response was from Rick at Autoaironline. To ensure he was supplying a compatible compressor he asked for photos of the old one and even after that sent me photos with specific vital measurements on two different occasions. It was hard to believe that any supplier would take this much trouble over what to him was a small order. My old compressor had charging ports on the manifold and the replacement did not, so a separate manifold was also shipped to take care of this problem. Due to the carelessness of either UPS or the Canadian customs service, this second item didn't arrive but when informed, Rick didn't question this and immediately shipped a replacement at no charge. Would I recommend Autoaironline? An unhesitating YES to that question.

If you didnt scam so many people here you would know who I am. Bet you cant figure it out by your daily complaint logs. By the way you werent interested in both sides of the story when you stole my money, strange your worried about it now.
SCAM company!!! Dont use, exact same problem as all the others here who complained, they will NOT warranty any product!! My compressor didnt work even once PAID twice and didnt get a refund on warranty as they promised me. DO NOT USE - BEWARE

Its funny that he has scammed and cheated so many customers he cant figure out which customer is posting the complaint. I suggest any readers avoid his company. By the way great job on a whopping 1.9 rating
They scammed me too, all these people posting bad reviews cant be wrong, owner has many excuses but will steal your money with no refunds, all the same story with this guy

Purchased an A/C compressor from Auto Air Online for a Kubota skid steer. The A/C compressor that was on the unit worked just fine it just had a crack on one of the ears to bolt the compressor down. Flushed A/C system and installed new compressor. 8 days later when the unit came back off rent we were informed that the A/C just stopped working. Compressor clutch is engaging just not building pressure. Contacted customer support and let them know what happened. He was very rude and talking to me like I was stupid. I have been doing A/C work for years and never had a problem like this. He then hung up on me after I let him know that he didn't need to talk to me like that and I would be writing a review about his company. If I could put 0 stars I would. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Purchased new compressor for a caterpillar skid steer and the compressor worked for about 8 hours and locked up. They asked me to send pictures and by those pictures they determined the warranty would not cover their product. This is an inferior product that promotes a warranty that they have no intention of honoring. Beware it is cheap for a reason. I will not be a return customer

I purchased an AC compressor for a customer of mine, and had it installed on her Sprinter van. The van had engine issues and had already had an engine replacement done to it previously and the AC was replaced after that. The van had sat in a parking spot on our Company lot for about 5 months without moving. The customer comes back for the van, and we start working on the van, the ac compressor we bought has cracked and was broken before we could even charge the AC compressor. It was merely installed than sat on the vehicle without being used so was practically sitting on as shelf. I reach out for warranty assistance as the AC compressor was never used, only installed but never charged, and I am unable to get any assistance as the customer service representative can only state there is no warranty coverage on a damaged ear or connection location on the ac compressor where it mounts up to the bracket on the engine assembly. So now I have to deal with an angry customer on top of customer service that refuses to help. I am glad I only used this supplier once for this customer, I will not use them again. As a business owner myself, I respect my customers to an extent when physical proof is provided for damages & warranty exchanges. As a business owner that works with Mercedes Sprinters daily, I will be sure to steer clear of this supplier from now on :( I will be sure to correct this for my customer as good businesses do.

I would avoid doing business with this guy. He intentionally sent me a wrong compressor as I expressively explained that it was a single pulley, He sent a double pulley. When I sent it back he stated that the compressor was damaged which is not true. I am out the cost of the compresses and shipping to and from. Again AVOID THIS COMPANY.
