Bought my refurbished laptop from them after mine crashed. They were able to transfer everything over to the new one and the price was very reasonable. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.

They took back my original board my MSI tomahawk after the PCI Express slot stopped working, and I settled for a much cheaper 150 dollar ASRock B550 Pro4 which ended up randomly frying a VRM for the CPU and they wouldn't warranty it leaving me with nothing. They said all kinds of lies like if we didn't build it we can't warranty it, and its not a defect. These people are cons, I'd personally stay away. Now I have nothing, no money to buy parts with and no way of knowing if as anything else is fried including my thousand dollar GPU among others items. They aren't just cons, they are scumbags.

I stopped in today to get my laptop fixed. It would not hook to the internet. It took just a few minutes and $35 later i was out the door. Very happy with the service

Great service and products! I went in to get a laptop and had a list of key features that I wanted/needed. James was extremely helpful and showed me about half a dozen that hit the mark and were in my price range. He even ordered a new battery for the one I chose because the existing one wasn't 100% up to par, so they will swap that out when the new one comes in. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
