Like comments before, these people are scammers. They told me I will receive a bundle price for getting Wi-Fi and home security for a low price, and when the bill came it was twice the amount they said! Unbelievable now I have to cancel my home security and downgrade. It’s better to try to help through the phone. Don’t come to this place they don’t care to help just making sales.

Absolutely NO customer service access!! Humans do not exist with these people! We now are required to work for them and solve our own problems! Oh how I wish there was a "0" star rating!!!

At about 12:30 am my cable and internet went out again fo about the 20th time. I have had a lot of trouble with my service about 5 or 6 months ago it was going out every 1 to 2 weeks at that time they got me to get ride of my own modem and rent one of theirs. Since then my service continued going down . I had to take off work 3 different times so technician’s could come out each time they changed the modems. The last time the technician re wired and replaced the modem again. Tonight when I called because my service was out they would not restart my modem until I agreed to pay 25 dollars more a month. This is the sleaziest company total scum.

Just left your store on Oakland Park in Lauderhill FL. Customer Service was bad. I was waited on by David who was like a spoiled brat. His attitude was as if he was doing me a favor. Before I went to the store, I had a Xfinity phone conversation with a person from another country and I could not communicate with her because of her language accent. Xfinity, you guys have to do better than this.

I was told I could return my mobile device at any Xfinity store multiple times before visiting a store location. Apparently, they don't want to do their job here. Corporate and store locations need to get on the same page because there is a thing called the customer, and if the customer needs the convenience of dropping it off at a location it's probably because they where having an issue with the label, and what if I didnt have a printer or access to one. It's not a good look. Also had very little time to take care of this yall dont know peoples lives. I'm just saying. Do better.

DON’T GO HERE. Please listen, I didn't see these reviews prior to but if you are able to view before going. Don’t and I repeat don’t go here. Your best option is going to the Xfinity in planation. Black guy, can’t remember his name, opened a new account. Which I didn't not know, I didn’t need. ?? also he told me, I would be able to get a free phone. My bill will be what we agreed to. My husband saw the reviews of others, who got the phone and their comments when they received their bill. it's way more than what they were told. Now I am having a headache as it says my new projected bill is way more than what he said. Save you the headache, with customer services. They are Sammmmmers!!!!!! IDK why they aren't shut down. Straight liars!!!!

Customer service is garbage. Only come here if you’re familiar with their services by some chance and if you know what you want because they don’t explain their service plans at all let alone speak in general. I went in to get a plan for Internet, the employee told me to pick what I wanted off a sheet of paper that had 6 different options. I and I’m guessing her too, had no idea the differences so luckily my mom helped me pick one. The employee was mute the entire time unless we asked a question. I signed myself up for everything via a link she sent. I asked when my first payment was due and she said two months…. ended up being a couple weeks later.I thought people that worked at these establishments were supposed to be sales orientated lol.

The black guy with short hair xfinity worker is a scammer i came for internet for home and he pressured me into a phone he claimed was free and no extra charges and it was not free my bill went up four times higher ? This bussiness should be closed for literally misleading and lying to customers

If you are offered Cellphone service at this store, DO NOT TAKE IT.!! I was there resolving an issue of my cable service and was told by the agent that I had access to 2 free cellphone lines and devices for FREE. I don't really need it now, but given that it as supposed to be FREE (I got a similar promo from T-Mobile years ago and still have a hotspot and service for free) and I can use it when family come to visit from overseas, got one line and phone. To my surprise, 3 weeks later I got an invoice where I need to pay for phone and service activation. I'm still dealing with this and trying to return the phone because, oh.. surprise, there is nothing they can do at the store.
