Today we came at the appointed time to open an account and waited 40 minutes. After we came up to ask how much longer to wait, and the only clerk in the hall did not even apologize for such a wait and offered to wait another hour. He had the only visitor all this time. Such work is a loss of image for the bank.

I went to that branch to open an account this banker name Gerfson Cimeus did an amazing job , very courteous and professional. Customer service was on point . And every other employees came to him for questions . He deserves to be honored he knows what he’s doing . Thanks again
