Inexperienced and subpar service.
I requested a simple French refill and was left mortified with the results. The manager went on to acknowledge that my nails were not perfect but OK (despite the lumpy polish, uneven fill and patchy polish job)
The technicians are lazy, cuts corners and inefficient at best with simple nail designs, shape and overall nail care.
My nails looked better before coming in than after service.
Very disappointed in the lackluster service and poor workmanship.
Pls avoid this establishment at all cost! $110 down the drain (there really needs to be a zero star option!!!!)

THE WORST NAIL SHOP IN BROWARD COUNTY. Poor service. No need making an appointment at this place they don't know nothing about time. You would think your begging them something.

Went in to have my eyebrows waxed and I will never be back here again! She didn't even shape my brows at all and left wax around my brows! I'm so irritated with the outcome.

I asked for a gel manicure with a swirl design (the reference picture I showed the tech is below) and the result was not as I expected. When I told the staff (I assume the women I dealt with is the manager), she asked why I did not say say anything before my technician was finished. I explained to her i didn't know the nails were complete until my nail tech said she was done. The lines were sloppy, uneven and the polish was thin. I thought my tech was going to go back and clean them up and add a second coat which is why I didn't say anything right away. When that did not happen, I told the receptionist I did not like the result and she told who I believe is the manager. The women told me to wait while she finished up another client (my friend), but the entire time she worked my on my friend's nails she kept loudly complaining and repeating "your friend should have said something earlier", "I don't know why she waited until the last minute to say something", "she should've spoken up for herself", etc. I was literally sitting right next to them as she spoke about me like I wasn't even there. She at one point looked at me and laughed as she repeated the statement AGAIN. I could also hear her talking about me/the situation to other employees. Then she asked if I would like her to try and fix the design and I said I would rather just do a solid color. She proceeded to ask me an additional FOUR TIMES if I want a different design after I told her FOUR TIMES that I just want a solid color. "you sure you don't want french tips? do you want me to fix the lines? do you want a heart instead?" no, i just want a solid color. she said she would be the one to fix my nails but instead the same women who did my nails originally came back and redid them. This nail tech was very sweet both times she did my nails so I was not upset with her at all, but the manager made me extremely frustrated with her incessant comments that I honestly think she wanted me to start yelling and make a scene. The final result nails were fine, but I was disappointed that I did not get what I initially wanted, and was very pissed off by the manager's childish behavior. I will never go back to this salon or recommend them to anyone.

I went to get a gel refill and it was one of the worse experiences I have ever had at a nail location. I had to draw on his receipt pad how to do coffin nails. The nail tech took an hour and a half to do a gel fill. He never measured my nails to ensure that they were the same length, size, shape or thickness. Throughout the time, I had to inform him that he was not doing them correctly and that my nails were two different sizes, shapes and thickness. I had to take the nail file myself to try to assist with shaping my nails. I asked him if there was anyone else to do my nails as they were not being done correctly and I was by this time late for work. He did not respond. I asked if he is able to give a discount as he was not sure how to do my nails and messed up several times and he laughed and nodded his head yes. After an hour and a half, my nails still not bring the same in both hands, cuts on my fingers, and no separation between the nails and my cuticles, the owner still told me that I had to pay full price because I should have asked for some else if he wasn't doing a good job. I informed her that I did. She told me I was lying. I asked her to have the bill tech come to the front to ask him if I was lying and she refused. I get my nails done there most times and though I have had issues with them before, I continue to give them the benefit of the doubt and not give up on the business; however, todays incident was not ok and not professional. It is very sad when people cannot take accountability for their wrong doing and to attempt to make it right. Just because you have more customers fired not mean you can treat other customers anyway you like.

It is very sad when people cannot take accountability for their wrong doing and to attempt to make it right.
