“Moving is always a daunting experience. If you're doing it yourself, having to deal with heavy lifting, protecting walls, the posible damage of your possessions, etc. should already be stress enough. But on top of that, when moving, most of us non-truck drivers, have to deal with an added headache - having to rent a truck. I'm happy to say that last part wasn't that being of a headache because I walked into the right U-Haul. The guys at this particular location on Oakland Park in Sunrise were extremely helpful, quick, and to the point. Most of the process of renting the vehicle and signing papers is completely modernized and done through an app. The fleet of trucks the keep are clean and well kept. The one I ended up with was easily maneuverable, was properly taken care of and, being one of the smallest trucks in their fleet, allowed me to drive into a covered parking lot in my building without any trouble. The price is also quite reasonable. As usual you also have to pay for miles driven and fill up the truck when returning it, but even with that renting a truck from them seems way better than going to the competition. In conclusion, I highly recommend this particular location. The guys at the front desk will definitely take good care of you, make your experience as easy as possible, and take off part of the stress often associated with moving.”

“I was booked for another location in which they decided to close early on a Saturday despite reservations. Nevertheless got in touch with this location, picked up a truck in good condition, I was in and out in a matter of 5 minutes. Staff was friendly and efficient. The truck was clean and didn’t burn too much gas.”
