“My van lost its Low beams headlights (not bulb related), every other mechanic I called said it would be over $150 just to look at it, any repairs would be extra. I brought my van to Sunbiz Auto Tech, they looked at it, diagnosed it, and replaced 2 or 3 fuses and have my Low beams working again.. All for less than the "diagnostic fee" other mechanics were charging! I highly recommend this place!! They definitely earned my business from now on!Service: Electrical repair”

“it was our 1st time using this company and I am very impressed and happy with the service we received from MONSTER TOWING & RECOVERY today. For AAA CENTURY APPLIANCE, one of our vans broke down on the road today at the worst time, 2 days before Thanksgiving. Our tech had a full list of jobs to complete and clients waiting. We needed the van picked up and brought to the mechanic in a rush! My past experience would be a 1 to 2+ hour wait and oer the top fees, but Monster Towing was the exact opposite. 1st, Miguel took our info and said he would call us back asap with an eta. He did exactly that. No waiting or wondering. 2nd, he assured me their driver would arrive in less than 45 minutes. Instead, the driver arrived in 25 minutes, which is unheard of? The tow operator Pepe was not only early, he was helpful, fast, and professional. Our tech had nothing but good things to say about him. That's EXACTLY what a person needs in such a high stress situation. I genuinely appreciate both Miguel's management of our request and Pepe's execution in getting our van where it needed to be as quickly and painlessly as possible. The price was very reasonable, as well. I've saved their tel number and would highly recommend them based on the outstanding service they provided today.”

“We were away on a cruise when an app associated with our GMC Terrain notified us that we had a flat tie ! Even though we have Onstar Roadside Service we learned that all Onstar would do would be to install the tiny spare tire but not repair the flat tire. We would have to go find another service to do the repair. My husband checked the internet and found another service but they could not help us because their truck was too big to enter the parking garage where we had parked our car. That fella recommended Juan and we gave him a call. He quoted us an equitable price and arrived in 30 minutes as promised. He even checked in with us twice assuring us he was on his way ! He arrived exactly on time and in less than 30 minutes had us on our way. Juan was professional, knowledgeable and friendly……..everything we needed at such an inconvenient time ! I would recommend Juan and Round the Clock Roadside Assistance to everyone !”
