Ms princel is a terrible person she thought my wife was upset because she lost my child’s sweater and she immediately snap on her and cursing and kick my child out of the daycare. Also she was also trying to over charge for the daycare fees

I have 2 kids enrolled at this center and they love it! It's clean, safe, and the curriculum is great. The director Princel runs a tight ship and we are happy to be here.

I Would give 5 stars but every time I drop of my child i see a new face in the school. You never know who is really taking care of your child. My son use to love ms Brittany. Too bad she isn't there anymore.. The school is just super ghetto the director princel talks about the teachers to the parents. And that's very unprofessional.

This school is amazing and the staff is AMAZING. One of the things I love the most is Ms. Princel’s unwavering commitment to the safety and well being of the children. This director stands up for what is RIGHT and that includes speaking out against neglect of any form; a TRUE advocate for the kids. I don’t know about other parents, but as a mother, this is all I could ever ask for.

My child is in love with this place. I have been to many centers and my prayers have been answered. The director Ms. Princel is amazing she treats every kid as they are her own. The staff is great you can tell the leadership is great and in order. Honestly if i was a rich man i would have more kids just for they could experience. 10 out of 10 great place.

The day care is filthy and the director seems to always have an attitude with everyone. The only reason why my daughter keeps my grandson at the school is because his teacher Ms Kita is Fantastic and very attentive to the kids

Ms Princel is the most disgusting and unprofessional director ever. kindercare definitely needs to demote her and promote ms lovely. Or even bring ms Tiffany back.. The school is unorganized, filthy and ghetto.. only send your child here if it's your last resort and even then be very mindful..

I LOVE kindercare whole heartedly they have made my life so much easier for 5 years straight!! I have 2 children who are attending since 2019 they are loving always greet us with a smile everyday. The center is always clean and well kept they practice good hand washing and hygiene with all the children. They have a great curriculum all year round, my daughter was well prepared for kindergarten, the children are always happy! am proud of our center and I highly recommend to my friends, family and colleagues and anyone who is looking for a trusted center.

It is the worst school in sunrise. It is very unorganized and filthy. Their turnover rate for their teachers is high, so you never know who is going to be changing your daughter’s diaper! And in the mornings, all of the kids are in one room, the babies and the big kids

I feel it is my obligation to write a review for Sunrise KinderCare. I was in the school when this parent who is writing all these negative reviews came in. The management team was very patient and calm, which is more then what I would have been. I witnessed her speak to them in a negative way all over a sweater (which was in the child’s cubby all along). I hated that my children and other children had to bear witness to such behavior.Since my babies have been attending KinderCare Sunrise, my experience has been nothing but positive. The teachers are kind and loving. The school is always clean, warm and welcoming. My children are happy and that make me happy.

My daughter has been attending Kinder Care Sunrise for the past 11 months and we have had a great experience. The staff is attentive and organized and my daughter learns something new everyday. I also love the Red and Blue polo shirt uniforms and khaki pants that the childern wear.... They look so professional :-) *Breakfast and Lunch is also included everyday which is great.

My daughter’s have 2 months over there, they love her teacher so much, kindercare location is so far to my house, but i don’t have a choice i love this daycare for my kids, great service!

The previous reviews are lies. You drop you kids where i saw the truth of this horrible place. My name is Nicole KNOWN AS MS. NIKKI I was a teacher there only May this place is unsafe they neglect children. My third week i decided to bring my son to attend with my resveration. 1st day for him was my last day there. They leave the children outside for extended amount of time they are short staffed. They left my son outside who is 2yr. Old with 4& 5yr old. When i herd my son crying His lip burst no adult was watching I TOOK MY SON OFF THE PLAYGROUND NO ONE WAS WATCHING!DO NOT TRUST THIS DAYCARE When the license people come they call other daycares to come falsely stand in. Lunch is served late due to ms.lovely doing everything. None of the staff is mistreated like ms.lovely. The sunrise director was not in attendance and she is disrepectful withholding my document that i no longer workthere I'M ALSO WRITING THE BBB. WHOEVER THIS DIRECTOR IS NEEDS TO BE EVALUATED THERE IS ALSO KIDS WHO BELONG TO STAFF OVER AGE FOR THE DAYCARE ARE LEFT UNATTENDED AROUND YOUNGER KIDS. I HAVE PICTURE PROOF OF MY SON LIP AND TEXT BETWEEN THE DISTRICT MANAGER AND I ADRESSING THIS ISSUE. PROOF I'M GOING TO MOVE FORWARD WITH PROTECTING THOSE KIDS WHO DESERVE A TRUSTING SAFE PLACE TO GROW!
