They packed and transported our things so quickly and efficiently and also for a really reasonable price. Their approach is professional and they treat their clients with respect. I was thoroughly impressed by Cousins USA Moving. I can honestly say that nothing was too much trouble. The guy who came to do the packing and loading was knowledgeable and showed us the best way to pack all our stuff, you can have them pack too but we thought we'd save some pennies. The crew on the day was lovely. They handled the move very well and I was very pleased with the service received. The quote was the best received from many different companies. I would highly recommend using them.

If possible I would've given them no stars. One of the three movers was actually caught with his hand in a personal pouch that had been hidden in an area of the home that they were not directed to conduct any business whatsoever. More than $1000 in cash was missing. A police report was immediately filed. Several items of furniture were damaged and a delay in moving schedule prompted the need to conduct the process in 2 parts over a 24 hour period of time-with interval storage and a new team of cousins movers . The initial threesome which I was assured were vetted employees of cousins with good employment history and no infractions wore no Identifying company insignias nor was there any on the apparent rental truck that they utilized.

Cousins did a great job for me. If you want a company that will personalize your move and pay attention to detail, they will take care of you. This was my first big out of state move so I was a bit nervous. In addition, needed storage for 3 months until my new house 800 miles away was ready. Cousins took care of everything. I highly recommend them.

They damaged four pieces of my furniture on delivery.. Damage claims process is a joke.. they have a third party company which has no customer service, claim process is deliberately made to be extremely cumbersome and difficult.... still waiting for a response for over a month...

I decided to hire Cousins USA Moving for my recent move. It was one of the most memorable experiences in my life. I was majestically relocated in the safest way possible. All my properties were nicely arranged and transported carefully to my new apartment. Thank you a lot for all your help! I was referred to this company even though I was skeptical about not doing the move myself. The representative that helped me was really nice; he made sure he was really detailed about scheduling our move. (He knew how fearful/stressed I was). Customer service helped out a lot too. I highly recommend this company especially if you are unsure of who to hire. The delivery took only 2 hours and I'm thrilled for this new chapter of my life. Thanks to everyone at Cousins USA Moving and the men that worked hard packing up our home of 12 years!

I wanted to congratulate Cousins USA Moving on a job well done. You took care of my family and me so good that we could never repay you. But we will refer to you as much as we can. Your prices were the best everybody was on time for every pickup and delivery and it was extremely clean when it was all said and done. We did it research and you guys really won us over. Just really on the money with everything. No rush, no reassurance, just honest work and superb service.

You get a full five stars from me and it would be six if it was possible. On very short notice Cousins USA Moving delivered the service that other movers refused. They were fast, polite and friendly movers. They packed/unpacked, loaded/unloaded the stuff carefully and efficiently. It was all done quickly within the time frame that we needed so a big plus with that as well!

stay away far far far away. you'd be foolish to use them. i cant even begin to express how unprofessional these guys are, they are deceptive liars who dont care one bit about doing the right thing . they'll happily take your money and not follow through on contractual obligations.... we gave them a deposit, we paid for packing.....yet they packed less than 1/2 of what they were supposed to, day of the move no truck , really no truck a moving company shows up with no truck. move didn't happen the day it was contracted for and they could give rats a*** also, their contract clearly states you pay them upon arrival at destination prior to unloading. even with those contract terms a signed agreement they wanted the money up front before they arrived ( they even asked for it a week ahead of time) or they threatened that they wont deliver and we'd have to pay for storage. this is the company you dred, this is the nightmare company you hear about and hope it doesn't happen to you. do not get taken by them, do not use them. Lastly total BS rip off...they charge a HUGE fuel surcharge -GAS IS THE LOWEST PRICE IN OVER 10 YEARS. THEY TACK IT ON TO MAKE MORE $ and when I pointed it out they don't give a crap. my next step....more blasts on social media, and filing with better business bureau and atty generals office. dont even consider them for one second. no pun intended but move on.
