Five stars cause they have 3 air/vac machines, that take card, have the digital stop and are always working when I've been there.

This is why I don't use small gas station I arrived this place with 1 mile much gas left My car usually fill up to over 600 miles with about $25 So $6 should be at least 100 miles But after I put gas, it was actually still 1mile. I asked to the employee and all he says is 'do it again' when freakin machine just ate my money. Be Careful!!

Now it's the 3rd time i've used this gas station and the next day my card was used fraudulently. I used it yesterday, i didn't use my card anywhere else and what do you know , today i got hit but my bank always declined the sales. Good try. They need to do a better job to avoid people from getting rip off.

Paid for gas inside, went to the pump and no gas ... asked the person inside and she said nothing can be done on her part.. so literally she got my money and I got no gas... horrible place to get gas ... they dont care at all.. we had to call the police on them.. Just go somewhere else...

Unfortunately, I procrastinated on getting gas as I knew I was need of and look and behold...ended up at this Shell Gas Station once again. The first visit was two weeks prior as I was not going to share originally but after the second experience I am forced. This was an uncanny experience with the same lady name "Lexi" at least the name on the badge. First Time: My card was not working at the external pump and decided to no longer waste any more time and go inside to pay. As I went inside I was met by a lengthy line and I have no issue with that due to not being in a rush I waited in the line. I finally reached the lady behind the counter, who sits in a chair similar to a high chair with a nonchalant look on her face. She provided no greetings, no welcome, hello of no such. So I decided to greet her two times and ask her where I can put my alternate idea in as a shell member. She looked at me and said well you have to wait for me to put in the information that I need to put into the system and a not so welcoming voice and manner. So from that point I took her lead and begin to ask per step what I needed to do to ensure I caused her no aggravation or discomfort as she continued to serve me at the customer and all those that are behind me. It became nasty attitude as she had to repeat a step because she did not include the option for me to input the alt ID as a shells number. Hence, why I was asking her step by step from her expert view of what to do. The movie Ford that was taken care of I was able to secure the gas. Second time: this was uncanny for real. As the same exact thing happened at the same shells two weeks later from the original first time. The car did not work for whatever reason... Not to waste any time at the pump playing with the card I decided to go in and make this simple. This time there was no let the line I was like the second third person in line and we move forward. recent lady and this time I took note of the name tag just because of what happened prior. So, I asked Lexi to guide me through the stuff so that I can include my ALT ID at the show's member as I pay for the gas. Lexi decided that she was going to proceed and do what she wanted to do leaving off the option to input the alt ID once again. When I brought this to Lexi attention Lexi decided that she was going to again share with me her I'm walking Miata tude as though I am bothering her as a customer due to Herrera. So low and behold she had to repeat the step once again so that I can enter the alt ID and secure my gas. But then it gets better... Lexi decides that she needs to share with me how I caused her to make the air. I share with Lexi this is the second time that I visit this location in desperation only and this will be the last time that I visit this location. In addition your customer service and you're welcome game it's completely off! I do not work for shells, neither have I been in any trainings related to Shell's gas station and being an attendance at Shell's gas station or any gas station for that matter so therefore I will not have any knowledge of what supposed to happen, why it's supposed to happen, when it's supposed to happen other than being in the customer's shoes. So I will not go back and forth with you as I am done and I'm going to pump my gas and not return to this location and share with everyone else in this world that if they do not want to be frustrated unfortunately I do not know her work hours but avoid this shows gas location by all means so that your day can continue to be great. Not the best stop in town, but not the worst, either. Only if they'd stock the pump with receipt paper...addendum: pay inside, everytime...it will ensure your banking info is secure. The processor of your payment at the pump is not the same as inside...the difference can mean stolen banking info.

How do you rate a gas station? I normally don't pick up anything at the convenience store in a gas station. So how do you rate a gas station based on filling up gas. Nothing positive and nothing negative.
