I went to this establishment and was sadly disappointed. I bought a princess cut diamond ring. I was visiting from out of town and they were supposed to mail it to me once they downsized it. I never received it. They changed their phone number and never communicated as to why. My review still stands and i will bot remove it. I tried to communicate with the owner prior to the review and he was confrontational.

This is the most unprofessional "mom and pop" jewelry shop. They hung up on me several times, I had a loose diamond in a ring I purchased from them. The owner said he thought i was a different customer. It shouldn't matter what customer i am, i made a purchase and i needed a repair. My experience is a lesson learned, I should have done better research when making such an expensive purchase.

I bought a pair of diamond stud earrings, one of the diamonds already fell out. After seeing how their business practices are I can’t say I’m surprised. Where there’s smoke, theres fire and they asked me to pay in cash, apple pay or cashapp. They are not a reputable business and the young man working there is the one running scams. Its OBVIOUS, after i had the same gut feeling.

I’ve been getting my jewelry from them for 30 years now.Not sure what the reviews below are about with apple pay and sneakers— this is a jewelry store, and the owner is literally a sweet and honest man in his 70s, he’s not selling sneakers and doesn’t take cashapp... ?

Scammed my daughter who’s 16 and won’t refund the money. No legitimate business should be using cashapp and Apple Pay, then to block people who want refunds for nonexistent goods is a scam. I’ve reported this business to the bbb and they are being investigated for fraud. I would advise doing business elsewhere.

Nothing but trouble from this company. They took my money and blocked me afterward. I’m one of many people and hope criminal charges are pursued by those located in Florida. Do not use any transactions with them unless you like being lied to. The most unprofessional group of people. I’m in high school and I worked for 12 weeks to purchase a watch and some Gucci flip flops, it was all a lie. Bait and switch!

I cried after I paid my money through Apple Pay and was blocked. I called using an app and I was told to eff off. The most disrespectful group of people who take advantage of minors financially. This is the WORST way to do business.
