Every time I come here it’s always something. Yall are terrible. Wash n go express shouldn’t have went out of business. They had an option where you can pick full service or just wash your stupid kiosk doesn’t have that option. Fix it. I pay 21 dollars to waste my time for 10 minutes and full service is 20 dollars but also 20 dollars for regular wash? Get out of here. Terrible service these guys suck

On Monday July 15th 2024 at about 2pm i came to this establishment to have my car washed. I am a member here and have been for the last 3 months since i have moved here. This particular car wash one of the brushes caught my right side mirror and ripped it off the car, Along with my antenna. I met with the manager of the store who showed absolutely no remorse or empathy and stated “that’s not our problem”. Shortly after i cancel my subscription at the establishment and i say to the employee “be careful taking your cars through here my car was left damaged” just trying to inform them to maybe take different precautions then i did. And the female employee states “get over it, that’s not our problem”. It is safe to say, i won’t be coming back to this car wash, and i strongly suggest you all avoid it as well.

Experience was ok, the layout is bit inconvenient. Unlike most self service cleaning areas that are available after your car is washed, this sites layout requires you to use the vacuums first before entering in the wash once outside the wash no way to return to vacuum cleaners. Vacuums also had low suction and didn’t work well. no cleaning rags or spray bottles available either. there are better places.

Mr. Suds Express Car Wash are the new owners and they brought back the Interior cleaning. I heard the new owners took it away but they actually added this service back a couple weeks ago and it's a good option to have when you don't want to vacuum or wax your own car. I am happy the new owner's are listening to what the customers want. Good Luck to Mr. Suds!

I had to come back and edit my previous five star review since a new owner has taken over this business. They no longer are doing interior, vacuuming and cleaning, windows and tires. Once I found this car wash in the past, I have taken family cars here, I travel from Pembroke Pines to visit my daughter in Tamarac and always go to this car wash. Not a fan of this new concept. And the fact they’re no longer doing that interior service, which was always awesome, I will no longer support this business and certainly will let my family and friends know the same!

Since they do not clean the cars inside now - today was my last time to visit the place. It was my Car Wash for many years! I used to love it! Unfortunately, it is under new management now ? Very disappointed ?

I was there last Saturday, I had a full service, this guy Marquee was very nice and did an excellent job from inside out. My car looked so nice and shiny. I also got the membership for $40 dollar and you take the car to get wash as many times as you want for the hole month. I like that.

So i went today to get a full service because my car was so dirty. The manager there Abraham was so informative and nice. Then Sean cleaned the inside of my car and it looks like a brand new car now!!! Thanks guys and keep up the good work. I’m definitely coming back to buy the membership
