Bought some fruit after dinner around, but the fruit is outdated, smell like alcohol ?! ???today is 20th and it shows sell by 19th. Did not realized until back. Very bad experience! ??? please see the date if you are buying fruit or something like that.

..love the vegetables here.. We can't walk past the hot food area.. goodness!!.. You can get a hot plate of food to eat now AND later.. the ladies are so nice. No pictures because we ate our food in the car ???

I was blessed for Christmas I have the most amazing experience the owner him self pack my bags in the cart I never had this experience before very nice humble man I was shock but this man made my Christmas a happy one thank u so much Sir I admire you for ur kindness and the personality you have I encourage everybody to shop at this supermarket not everyday u meet person like this he touch my heart ?

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. When you try to talk to some employees, they either ignore you, don't speak English, or are abrupt and rude. That includes management. Some of the cashiers are not friendly. They act like you are bothering them by shopping there and spending your money, or behave like they don't want to be there.Check your items carefully before purchasing. They aren't always in good condition.

Festival Supermarket typically has most of the items that a Bravo would have. They have cleaning supplies, meats, produce, fish market, seasonings, and a hot food section/restaurant. Overall clean establishment and has good A/C. The staff were friendly. I think the prices are more competitive elsewhere, though. Festival is good to walk through and look at all of the inventory.
