We have never experienced such of nice sales person like William , he stayed after hours just to help us het our new mattress.

William was incredibly kind and helpful from the instant we walked in the door.
He listened to our current sleeping issues and was able to match us with something we both felt comfortable with. He made sure we understood the 4-month trial period and how to exchange the matress for something different if we weren't happy.
It was a quick and painless process and we walked in and out with our new matress in a little less than an hour.

William and Allen were both helpful and informative without a hint of being pushy. I bought 2 beds because after the ease of the first experience I wanted to take care of a second need and they gave me fair discounts for doing so. I really dreaded going in to this arena originally but am satisfied and relieved now. Dont by a bed until you give mattress firm a try.

Went in cause the website kept crashing at checkout. Was helped by Will and he was very friendly and helped me find a better mattress with an adjustable base at a great price as well!! Definitely recommend people coming here for any future mattress purchases!!!
