“Went in there to ship a return the other day and only had the shipping label on my cell phone because I could not get it to print out at home. Rodney was extremely helpful and had me airdrop it to their office computer to print the label (for about $2.50 or so). I thought this was going to be a problem but Rodney was right on top of things and made it a non-event. Thanks Rodney!”

I’m currently pregnant with 2 under 2 and whenever i come here with Amazon returns the amazing women that work here come to the door one holds the door and the other will come outside and take boxes from me. They always engage with the babies and talk to them. They are so friendly and kind. That is excellent customer service and they really make me feel valued here!”

“Hands down the best UPS store (or any delivery store) I have ever been to! Omar and his team are the kindest, most helpful people you'll ever meet. “Ive been here numerous of times and I can proudly say yesterday was my very BEST experience… im not sure if she is the manager but if she is not she should be the girl named Crystalle was so sweet , respectful and understanding, even though I asked a lot of question’s she did not get frustrated with me , her voice is so calm and welcoming from the moment you walk in you feel like you have a family member assisting you , she helped me with getting my package returned very quickly and in a timely manner. “UPS Store on dania beach Blvd was amazing thanks to nice employees and especially Shantrell.
Shantrell was wonderful. Recently I had shoulder surgery annd not anllowed to lift or move more than 5 pounds…. This kind employee Shantrell made it possible for me to succeed in getting 2 large boxes shipped . Not only was she helpful, but also very nice, positive and a kind person and great at her job .
I’ve had the opposite experience before at FedEX, people who don’t care and will not go out of their way at all. I couldn’t have been happier to get her help at the UPS store , especially right after massive frustration and no help from FedEX!”

Mr. D’Angelo immediately set out to help and bring resolution to my packing needs! He listened to my requests (that give me peace of mind) and jumped right into executing his great service to ensure my peace of mind upon completing the delivery transaction. Mr Piecora jumped in to ensure my large box was firmly secured by going the extra mile..,Mrs Felter brought her warm smile and inviting good energy to the process!
