I have been coming here for the last three years and never once had a problem until today. Not only was my nail tech sick, but couldn’t even concentrate on listening to me when I kept telling the individual that my nails do not look right and still kept doing my nails. My nails are all crooked, my thumbs are so much longer than my actual nails, didn’t even finish putting the acrylic on and it’s missing on the sides and much more. I spent way too much money on my nails for my nail tech to not listen to me and because I’ve had one bad experience. I’m never coming back there again and that’s very sad.

I went in to get my lash’s did with my daughter.i paid 60$ for the both of us .the next day my lash’s was coming off.i called to let them know.i will never go there again.i will not recommend anyone to go there.

I used to go here but one of the techs made fun of me right in front of me. So rude I will never go back. I don't recommend this place at all.

I usually go and get my nails done by Tony, who is very good he takes a long time, but he's good. Went in today, got my regular dip; almond shape. I usually pay $55 but he tried to charge me $65 for the shape of my nails stating I change the shape, which was a lie I only wear almond nails I don't like square nails. I was wondering why he was trying to shape my nails differently; I had to remind him that my nails were almond. He then states that almond won't be as nice, even though I only get almond. I thought I had found a good nail person, but I will never go back. I don't like the dishonesty. I am a genuine person don't lie and take me for granted.

Horrible service!!! One of the ladies tried to do what she wanted to do instead of what I asked for. Then beat me getting upset!! She also created a whole scene because I addressed it while she was doing it.This is exactly why I stopped coming here to begin with. I'm the paying customer!!! I pay for what I want!! Not what you want for me!!! Unbelievable!!

I went in yesterday to just get my nails and toes (just polished). I usually go to one person for my nails and toes but he was on vacation. So my hands were nice but I had to come back to just get my toes polished. I didn't like it but I had to leave cause of an appointment. So I came back today to change it to French tip instead, the lady did a terrible job I didn't like how she did my toes, didn't even get the rest of the remaining polish off my feet before even doing them, I went up to pay and he charged me $30 dollars for what I don't know. Remind I went in there yesterday and paid $25. If your employees did a bad job why am I paying $30? I'm explaining to the man all he saying is you got a color change and French tip( got the same color just with French tip). Bad customer service and no consideration.

Walked in at 6:40 for eyebrows only and I was turned around because the younger chubby guy with the beard that work in the front said they were closed. I told him I only wanted my eyebrows waxed and he said no, we’re closed. He followed me out to lock the door behind me. No one was waiting, and there was a lady waxing eyebrows at the time. This is the last time I’ll be visiting.

I brought in a specific design, and they nailed it! The staff is creative and skilled. The results exceeded my expectations. Definitely coming back for more.
