“Based on our experience, DL Flooring and Design is an excellent company to deal with. Their installers did an outstanding job installing 2' X 2' heavy marble tile in our master bedroom. The installers were both professional and friendly and did not get upset with my questions during the installation. Dealing with the organization from the business end was also a welcomed surprise. The work was done on time, as promised, and the price was fair and competitive. When a problem (of my own making) arose, they handled it promptly, professionally, and, at no additional cost. My wife and I could not be happier with the result, as the images attached will show. I am an avid DYIer with extensive tiling experience and equipment, but I am glad that we elected to hire DL Flooring professionals for this job, because of the size, weight, and material of the marble. I called and immediately received a response from Justin who told me to come by and look at samples. I told him what I needed and he helped me select my quartz countertop. It is beautiful! The process through Home Depot was a little wonky but I wanted to commend Delorie for their customer service and installation. We were in contact with Delorie directly after waiting close to two months for a status update from The Home Depot (who gave us the run around). They quickly remedied the situation and sent Franklin for install. Franklin was so helpful, courteous and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during install and before leaving. “Deborah & the Eso Team worked with us on a 9k sq foot home with 2 kitchens (including a full commercial home kitchen), 9 bathrooms, a complicated master bathroom with multiple vanities, custom cabinets, mirrors, plus a huge tub, sauna, steam, and salt room. Her design sensitivities and listening to what we wanted were excellent - her suggestions always reflected that she was paying attention to our intentions. Her team prepared comprehensive installation binders and was always available to our plumbers and electricians as we did the rough and the final. We had a bunch of swaps and changes along the way, and Deborah was quick to send the new part and swap the old one. She was patient and thoughtful during the design phase, showed great attention to detail as we started to make decisions, and was a true partner during construction and installation. “This review is long overdue, and I want to express gratitude to Meltini Kitchen and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great and reliable kitchen and bath company.
Meltini redesigned and renovated my kitchen and added a brand new bathroom. It was a pleasure to work with the owner, Michael. From the initial meeting and throughout the entire renovation, he was extremely knowledgeable and attentive to my needs as a customer. Michael was not only my contractor/builder, but he also had on point suggestions regarding finishes and appliances. It saved me a lot of money as I did not have to use the interior designer for this part of my house renovation. Michael has a great taste, and he provided several options at different price points. He helped me to create a high end look for less.
I do have to mention one thing that I initially was uncomfortable with, but in the end, it did not impact the construction process at all. As a matter of internal company policy, Michael does not give out his cell phone number or any of his workers’s cell phone numbers. They explained that the reason for such policy was that they had a large number of customers, and it could create a lot of disruption for the workflow. At the beginning of the renovation, I was concerned about being able to get in touch with Michael or his supervisor in case of emergency without having anyone’s cell phone number. My concern turned out not to be an issue at all as Michael was always very responsive to my emails and calls to the office.
Moreover, Michael also very promptly responded to my request to help fix a chip on one of the kitchen cabinets which was several months after the construction was completed. He came to my house and personally repaired the chip, which took him a couple of days to do properly. This gets a five-star customer service rating in my book.
In sum, Michael did a wonderful job redesigning my kitchen and adding a new full bathroom. He created a space that is functional as well as beautiful, and I get a lot of compliments on my kitchen from anyone who visits my house. I highly recommend Meltini Kitchen and Bath.”
