Ruined a shirt and told me I did it. Lucky for me the shirt wasn't expensive but it was warning enough to not send any more clothing there because if it had been expensive I know they will not compensate.

Took my down comforter here and they did a great job. It takes a day because it needed to be air dryed, but I'm so happy my friend referred me here.

I'm really happy with these folks. They get busy, but I always find the counter staff very helpful and kind. I have had two pieces of clothing tailored here and both were extremely well done. I'm sorry other customers had a bad experience. It happens. But I have never had a bad experience there.

The clothes were great,but customer service was horrible. I handed my debit card to the lady instead handed the debit card to me , she put it on the counter. I just don't like that. If I handed my debit/credit card to you, please handed back to me that call respect.Services: Laundry pick-up

Don’t ever bring your clothes here. How hard is it to dry clean a dress shirt. The first time, I went to pick up my shirt it was more unclean than when I brought it in. They offered to clean it again and then when I went to pick it up, it had watermarks.
