My mom bought a ring in May for about $130. It was tight and she went back and got it stretched which she had to pay for. A few weeks later it broke into 3 pieces and she went back. The lady told her that the ring valued only $45.00 if she wanted to sell it and they would give her $55.00 if she traded it. Beware! Stay aware.

I purchased earrings for my daughter, the associate said she was going to clean them and give them back to me. She gave them back to me in box and a bag. When I opened them 10 minutes later at my parents house I noticed the were broken and these were not the same earrings I was shown! I thought this could be an honest mistake until I arrived back to the store. The original associate hid from me and there was an elderly lady saying that these were not their earrings because they wouldn’t sell them broken. I showed them my receipt from just 30 minutes earlier. It wasn’t until I got upset and loud enough for others to hear that they finally replaced the earrings! I would not recommend buying jewelry from this place! They will try to cheat you!

Recently allowed multiple transactions in 1 day of over $8000 from my stolen identify. I notified them immediately to call the police but he seemed to not care. It's not over and you're on notice. DID IT NOT SEEM ODD TO YOU FOLKS?
