clean place. Great staff. Intake nurses very hospitable... drawing plasma is little time consuming but over all easy going.. shout out to the receptionist at he front desk & intake nurses in phase 2 intake. An most importantly sout out the flabodamist. They all work together They a great team.

What's the point of an appointment, if they leave you sitting in the waite area & call you 2hrs after your "scheduled appointment", meanwhile letting everyone they're cool with skip infront of you? They're so unorganized at this place. The only time I saw things move was when the owner was yelling at everyone to basically "get their $hit" in check. The pay is ok but definitely not worth the environment . Btw, they flip plasma for 4xs as much as they give you.

They ask for so much just to get you in they want 2 forms of ID plus a utility bill like is that really necessary for plasma? When no other places require it I guess that's why many people don't go here!

Horrible service, nothing is digital they keep all paper work in cabinets, donate fee is good and fair, but you must wait hours before you get paid, like I said this is a cave man company and nothing is digital, one person in the back is responsible of paying everyone out when they are done donating. Tip, Michelle, or Sara are the only ones you want to stick you trust me!!

Went to a seamstress inside the lauderhill mall things have changed a bit since I was in my teens but still a nice place to go, it's been there a long time.

SLOW FOR NO REASON! They have people make an appointment to still be waiting as a walk-in. VIPs aren’t really VIPs. Always complaining about being short staffed. And the staff that they do have, some are rude, disrespectful, and careless. The bald, short guy needs to find a new profession because interacting with people isn’t it. He’s addresses the issues with no solutions. He knows they purposely overbook knowing the wait time complains. He expects you to just accept his applogy on the company’s behalf on not being organized and carelessly overbooking and shut up. Too much personal conversations and playing around in the office. 25-30 people with 1-2 people sticking donors. They aren’t organized at all. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been skipped as well as watch others complain about the same thing. This place is behind in technology as well. Everything is on paper and not electronic like other plasma centers. The machines are definitely from the bottom of the barrel. Thennnn when you finally get screened and sent to the back, they have you wait even longer. I’ve sat on a bed waiting to be stuck for almost 45 minutes a few times! Like, it’s super ridiculous here. I think we deal with it because of course we need the money and they pay well, no doubt about that. It’s just the process you have to through is just ridiculously slow.
