On 11/10/2023 I went for a wheel alignment at 11am. RONY !!! Was my technician. I get a phone call at 2pm which is 3 hours that my vehicle is ready. I go to get my vehicle and realized there was red on my alignment sheet. I was told they were unable to completely do my alignment but wanted me to pay for the part that was done. I explained if they could not do the entire alignment I should have been called and given the chance to choose if I wanted them to continue. At this point (RONY) the technician became aggravated and said that he would go and put the alignment back to the way it was and stormed out the front room. I immediately ask for the store manager phone number ARTURO HOYO. To my surprise he was right there not saying anything. As I spoke with him he agreed with the RONY. RONY then came back out and gave me my keys and said bye I’m done. I asked for the new paperwork showing it’s put back to original specs. RONY then started to yell and tore the original paper up and said no you don’t pay you don’t get anything. All this happened while the store manager ARTURO HOYO was standing there. This is completely unprofessional and shows that the ARTURO HOYO didn’t earn the job he was given it. It’s not about what you know it’s who you know. Myself being a regional manager knows about customer service and what undisciplined employees can do to a business. Bottom line no alignment done complete attitude. No help at all from the alleged store manager ARTURO HOYO. It’s cameras hopefully the owner takes a look it’s for my blue dodge charger. Please please go somewhere with real leadership and no disgruntled employees. I got my vehicle aligned the next day and the initial specs were way off. Now I will be speaking with corporate for this employee intentionally threatening my safety.

Terrible service and VERY DISHONEST!!!!!!!! Brought my vehicle in for a tire rotation, balance, and alignment..... didn't balance ANY of the wheels and left alignment incomplete ( didn't tighten nuts to complete alignment SAFE!!!!!) FIRESTONE CORPORATE NEEDS TO do A COMPLETE OVERHAUL OF THIS ENTIRE LOCATION Starting with the "store manager " Autro Hoyo which tells you that your vehicle is old what do you expect.......Services: Tires

Had a nail in my tire, so I needed a patch. Took about 45 minutes after I arrived. Work was good, and I was happy with the results.

Did not fix car, charged for something that wasn't the problem, horrible customer service, had to pay full price for diagnostic test even though I had the work done there. In addition, buddy applied for a credit card for me when he knew that I already had a firestone card. I will be cutting all ties with firestone and disposing of the card.
