I’ll never do business with them again I called them at 5:42 asking how long is the wait the young lady said 30min remind u when called I was I walked in the door at 5:45 they started talking in their language then telling me to come back tomorrow.. why the young lady that answered the phone didn’t say we’re done for the day.. and the crazy part about it online they closed at 7 …. Never again. I’ve been going to this location for about 3 years and this how they treat a loyal customer wow.

I called and informed Wendy that I'm coming she said come in 1 hour since she's the one that messed up my nails a week prior. Got there she said oh you have to wait cause I got one more in front of you with a very nasty attitude, customer get in her chair and said I can wait since you told her to come. Wendy said no. Patiently waiting and ask her can her sister do my foot she said go ask her.She speaks a little better English then her sister. Her sister said no I have one more peson . There's no one waiting for pedicure. The employees are rude and act like they're offering free services

This place has really went down hill over the years they been hiring new employees and they been messing people up big time !!!! If you new and looking to get a full set wouldn't advise you to go here pedicure is safe but nothing else!!! My visit was extremely horrible two different people working on my hand tryna fix what the other one messed up smh I still paid the full fee plus a tip for effort but won't be returning ever again. Hiring some people that have experience and not straight out of nail school....

Went there this morning for a pedicure and fill for my nails! They did a great job! My toes and nails came out great! They took there time and I had a wonderful experience! I will be going back!

My hubby brought me here before traveling for the holidays. Never been before and I typically don’t go to just any nail salon.Anyway the nail tech was rough with my feet , scrubbed the soils of my feet like it was concrete, for my pedicure the water was scolding hot so he had to use a bowl to get out water while running cold water, he used extremely hot towel and over painted my toe nails.My hands I told him I don’t like gel because it don’t last, he assured me it would… these are my nails 3 days after going here.Black tip is fading. I asked him if the black polish will hold for a week while I am out of town he yes but it’s A LIE!!!He has to redo my index finger on my left hand and he clearly ignored the chipping of the polish on the right had.I sat for like 20 mins in between the UV light and hand dryer.. still left this place unhappy, displeased and frustrated for $78.00 dollars I would never recommend going here.Wasted my Sunday and money … I’m embarrassed to travel with terrible nail polish on.Never again… unless someone speak and understands clear English at a nail salon the end results will be very disappointing.

I love the fact that it is fast and in a relaxing environment love the service the customer service is good. i only go to Wendy though. she knows exactly what i want done to my nails.

Horrible service. The owner kelly does not care about meeting customer needs. Staff Wendy does not know how to do nails. Overpriced for a very bad nail job. Expect nails to come off after 3 daysService: Acrylic nails
