I can’t thank the team at E’s Coast enough for fixing my car! Dianne went above and beyond to ensure I was updated on the progress of my car. She took her time explaining to me what was going on and promptly answered any questions I had. The entire team was professional and customer focused. I would highly recommend E’s coast if you are looking for a reliable and professional auto body shop.

Nothing short of amazing. They handled all aspects of my repairs and dealt with the insurance company. I was only responsible for dropping off and picking up my vehicle. And the work completed was perfect.

I had a very unpleasant experience with this workshop, I took my car due to a frontal impact, I was treated by a man named Yonatan who told me that he was the owner of the workshop, in the end they collected the money from my insurance company, and then it was a big problem to be able to get my car out of the workshop since they gave me dates to pick it up and when the date arrived they always told me that they needed parts, I was without a car for 2 months in the end I got tired of so much lying and I went to pick up my car which I didn't They had finished, when I paid my deductible they came out saying that they did not accept credit card payments, only cash and by Zell, I made the payment by Zell and I had a big problem with Mr. Yonatan since he did not want to give me the invoice for my payment which got so upset and forced me to leave their establishments, personally it was a very unpleasant experience, I definitely do not recommend it

Dianne, Eric and John were above and beyond wonderful! Excellent customer service, professionalism and quality work. The cars that they were working on when I originally arrived looked like higher-end vehicles. I was a little nervous at how I would be greeted in my friend's 2013 Kia Soul with a broken door latch. No need to feel out of place. I was treated with the same respect as if I showed up with a BMW or Mercedes. We will definitely bring our vehicles back here if needed! They were very honest and affordable!

I am so pleased with this shop they have been very helpful and professional. My car was in an accident and I brought the car here. They ordered the parts put the car back together. They painted the car it looks like new. Their prices were reasonable my insurance did pay most of the costs. If god forbid I had another car accident I would bring it right back here. Diane was so helpful and kept me informed about how my car was progressing. Johnathan the owner was very nice and helpful and also kept me informed!

fraud! scammers! unprofessional! thieves! criminals!eric the owner gave me an estimate under $2,000 then 2nd owner jonathan pushed a new estimate over charging me! the new estimate with made up numbers over $6,000!!!!! to have a small area of the front right side head light of my jeep fixed.i wanted to take my jeep to be fixed at another auto repair place because these people are not good people, frauds & highly unprofessionl that enjoy taking advantage of people with insurance coverage especially "women" that come alone!!! i was told by jonathan & eric that i would need to pay them before they ordered or fixed anything followed by if i go to another auto store i will need to pay them $2300 for storage!so i just let them fix it because i had no choice.they refused to order any parts to fix my jeep until they recieved all of the insurance money. then proceeded to repair my jeep. by replacing unoriginal dodge durango headlight. on the original headlight clearly has the jeeps brand name engraved in it. instead they replaced it with a cheap head light that clearly didnt match the other headlight. they stole the insurance money and purchased cheap unoriginal parts!i aked them to please install the original head light, instead of doing the right and honest thing they proceeded to ask my insurance for more money to replace the head light with the original one!!!they already recieved over the amount and more than enough to replace my jeeps head light but instead pocket that money and adk for more!!!!! the never of these monsters!!!we as customers just want to be treated fairly with respect and courtesy. no city or customer needs a fraudulant business and crooks like you around! you take pride in instealing and taking advantage of women... what goes around comes around i pray to godthe public sees you for the dispicable frauds that you all are!!!you rated 5 stars but should really be closed down and sew for criminial activities like fraud!!!!!!

Great customer service! The representative kept in touch with me throughout the process to let me know what was happening. She explained everything clearly and was very friendly and easy to work with. I’ll be back to have another vehicle repaired.

This place is a joke! If I could give it a 0 I could. We used this place because they said we'd get our car back faster than the other places. They said 2 weeks and 9 weeks later...I am still waiting. Always an excuse or someone else's fault. After the 2nd week, we were told it only had to be painted. They claim the car parts manufacture has been on strike but they just ordered the last part (step) of the truck 5 days ago. They say they will call but never do and then they lie and say they called but we all have caller ID! Like I said, this place is a joke. I have never been more aggrivated at a business! Be careful before you leave your vehicle here!
