I was referred to ES Coast Customs and was told that they are fast and their work is good. And they did not disappoint. They were very forthcoming with what needed to get done and time it entailed. Thank you to Jonathan and Nicole, whom in my unique circumstance, were kind and showed compassion towards my situation. In May my charger went to Es coast customs for warranty work from arrigo sawgrass dodge, I had some small amount of corrosion on the hood to be repaired ( 1st repair poor quality of as the paint on the hood scoop started to lift they were informed of the situation by my service adviser and they tried to blame it on me that I tried to put paint protection film on the hood and that's what caused it but that didn't happened because the car had never left the dealership so they took it back to repair again ), ( 2nd repair poor quality and lack of skills as they tried to fix those spots they damaged the new hood decal and created lighter spots on the hood when they sand it and polish the worst part about this is that they try to deliver the car like this thinking that a wasn't going to notice it, I point these things out to the bodyshop associate and he said that the lighter spots was wax it just needed to be washed and it would come off so I told my service adviser to wash the car and surprise it didn't come off lol back to the shop for the third time), ( 3rd repair poor quality and lack of integrity, they delivered the and the color hood now is now darker than the rest of the car the hood is not properly aligned and there's over spray on top of the drivers side fender and this is how they tried to deliver the car again this business has no quality control the business owners don't do a final check over and decided whether is ready to be deliver to the customer or not so once again I said no this is unacceptable take it back and fix it and have some pride in your work back to the shop for the fourth time), ( 4th repair we are now in August 3 months just for a small rust repair wow, they deliver the car and the color of the hood is better matching the rest of the car but it has some swrils on it as it wasn't properly finished and polished the hood still not properly aligned and the over spray still there as I always addressed this issues when it went back but as you can see quality of work is not their priority so I was just fed up with this shop with arrigo sawgrass and the time this was taking I just said whatever and I'll try to fix the swrils alignment and over spray my self. This is now October and the paint on the hood scoop is started to chip again as you can on the pictures I posted.
The last two pics was from the first repair as you can see the paint was lifting, the first two pictures is currently now as you can see the paint is now chipping away and the third picture is the over spray that they never fixed this bodyshop is a joke.
So for anyone looking for a bodyshop first ask them if the have repair contracts with any dealerships because this is the only way this bodyshops survive by the dealerships given them work they can't earn business by providing good quality of work.

My vehicle was sent here from the dealer for warranty work, not even a year later the paint started chipping on the hood. Instead of taking ownership of a job not done well, Jonathan tried saying my vehicle was painted somewhere else and it was not his shop's fault. My vehicle has never been in an accident, the only time it has been painted was at this place, and I have text message proof that we had to bring the car more than once last year to get the overspray taking care of and was never completely accomplished. Jonathan instead of accepting that the job was not done right flat out lied to the dealer when he had to redo the job and said the hood had Bondo, a complete lie!! Not only did we pay him extra money to remove all paint imperfections when he had my car for the warranty work, but why would I repaint my car for no reason. Luckily the dealer stepped up and had Jonathan redo the work. I assume that at some point in the past they must have been a good place to do business, but not today.
I would advise anyone to stay away from this place!!!

I had my vehicle repaired here about 5 months ago. I met to write a review sooner but forgot ref a few family emergencies that came up. Remembered when my sister was just looking for a place to get work done and I immediately thought of this shop. They did a great job on my vehicle and employees are very friendly.

When I first came in Nicole was amazing! I brought my car in and it took a little longer than usual but they made up for it. And my car looks amazing!
