I went there first in February then again yesterday and both times Techie was amazing. She was very polite and pleasant -and gentle the entire time. I plan to go again in another two months for a blow out and trim.
Hair type: I’m a fully natural 4c with very tight coiled hair, low porosity hair.

Had a 3pm apt and waited an hour and a half to be seen for her to only rush my daughter hair cut and didn’t want to blow dry and asked me to reschedule my apt due to that fact she has clients coming from out of town she had to do .WILL NEVER be going back or recommending . Super unprofessional

Came here on my birthday and loooved my hair. Even the process was good. Normally my hair is pulled damaged and I leave feeling like I never want my hair done again. But not here! Loooved the attention and treatment my hair got from Techy. My hair was washed and blow dried, straightened too. The style lasted a week and it was rainy/humid outside ????Although I came in here today with a 10am appointment with my daughter I wasn’t able to be attended like the first time. My daughter got her hair done washed and blow dried. Beautiful.So disappointed I didn’t get my hair done though. They were super busy but I felt like my appointment didn’t matter. Maybe next time will be better. I love the price service and the stylist Techy.

I would not recommend this place to people with thick/course hair. The hairdresser did not get all the previous product out of my hair so there was no conditioning. She roller set my hair without fully detangling to dry then sent me on my way & told me to wait a week to wash is again. There was no need to wait a week to attempt to wash again but to each it's own. The staff was nice and professional though.

I love this salon I have been coming for years when I had permed hair until I went natural Iris assisted me through the process every step of the way and then she introduced me to Hair Botox. That was a game changer for managing my hair I could never thank her enough for maintaining my hair in a healthy way. Salon is clean and well kept customer service is excellent and my experience each time has been superb! Must Try!

I should've known since this place was empty on a Saturday I should've just done my own hair. I asked for a blow out. Just a plain old blow out. This woman decided to give a rough dry to my hair and tried to iron it. I told her I don't put irons to my hair, I asked for a blow out. She then pretty much had to go over my whole head again, which made me sit there for twice as long as I should've if she would've just taken her time to do it correctly the first time. After the second pass over my hair with the blow dryer, the top was super frizzy and the ends were completely flat. Which once again is not a blow out. I told her I wish she would've just told me she didn't know how to do a blow out and I would've just went somewhere else. SHE THEN DEMANDS TO WASH MY HAIR OVER SO I CAN GET MY HAIR DONE SOMEWHERE ELSE INSTEAD OF ASKING ME WHAT I DO NOT LIKE DO SHE CAN FIX IT. Next plaza over is a way better salon that knows how to do a correct blow out, save your money and go there instead. Debería haberlo sabido, dado que este lugar estaba vacío un sábado, debería haberme arreglado mi propio cabello. Pedí un golpe. Solo un viejo golpe. Esta mujer decidió dar un seco áspero a mi cabello y trató de plancharlo. Le dije que no me ponía planchas en el pelo, le pedí que me cepillara el pelo. Luego tuvo que repasar mi cabeza de nuevo, lo que me hizo sentarme allí el doble de tiempo del que debería haberlo hecho si se hubiera tomado su tiempo para hacerlo correctamente la primera vez. Después de la segunda pasada sobre mi cabello con el secador, la parte superior estaba muy rizada y las puntas estaban completamente planas. Lo que una vez más no es un golpe. Le dije que desearía que me hubiera dicho que no sabía cómo hacer una explosión y que me hubiera ido a otro lado. ENTONCES EXIGE QUE ME LAVES EL PELO PARA QUE PUEDA HACERME EL PELO EN OTRO LUGAR EN LUGAR DE PREGUNTARME QUÉ NO ME GUSTA, ELLA PUEDE ARREGLARLO. La siguiente plaza es un salón mucho mejor que sabe cómo hacer una explosión correcta, ahorra dinero y ve allí en su lugar.

Techie did my hair. I loved it here. They are taking great Covid precautions.I went on March 2021, as soon as anyone got up from a chair everything was sprayed and wiped clean. Techie listened to everything I asked for and delivered in under 2hrs. I loved that she gave me a footstool while I dried my hair. I took off a star because I was charged $10 more over what other Domincan salons charge me. Would I go again? Yes!
