First time using their service and it was great!! Delivery date was spot on. Staff members Hassan and Nicholas Wallace, good team work. From drop off to delivery - both made the transaction smooth. Will definitely use Dennis Shipping Service again ??

I will never use this company again, charging an arm and leg to ship plus clearance and even charged a pre clearance fee that makes no sense. I shipped with other company that did door to door and payed half the price they are charging only used Dennis because company was closed. I should have known to take my stuff and get outta there when the clerk stated that my food stuff looked as if they were for resale. Very difficult staff to deal with also. No one returned calls.I

I sent two barrels and half of my stuff was stolen . The shipping company doesn’t want to take responsibility for my stuff that was stolen . I would never ship with them again. They need to vet their teefin employees. They need to protect people’s property while it’s in their possession. I’m very upset because I worked hard to send stuff for my family and now they’re telling me that we should make an alarm from we picked up the barrels. The teefin workers say the stuff in the barrels shrink because the ship was rocking . My first and last experience with this company .

Awesome client service! This was my first time using them and I will definitely be using their services again. They were courteous and helpful when I called, and the pick-up agents were just as courteous when they came to pick-up the container for shipping. They were in and out within 5 minutes because all the paperwork was previously completed with the phone agent...it was efficient and just awesome!!!!CS.S Boca

PLEASE DO NOT SHIP WITH THIS PLACE THEY ARE A SCAMMER THEY LIE SO MUCH will tell one thing and whenever your things reach Jamaica it’s total different stuff..I ship a small box pay for pre clearance and it take them three weeks to clear the box with a whole lots of extra fees my peoples please don’t use the shipping company please don’t !!!!! You will be very disappointed, the small box I ship cost me $40 and when it reach Jamaica with all the fees I pay over $200 just clear the box and am not talking about what it cost me to ship of the box so please choose wisely.

Horrible company DONOT use this company….. Dennis Shipping In Ft. Lauderdale can’t get my shipment a bunch of scammers. I sent a box from florida to Jamaica since 10/13/22 I paid $385.55 for door to door for a D box ……… and I wanted to paid the balance which is the custom duty etc …. can’t get my package can’t get my bill …..all office worker of zero help….In Florida office is of no help and the Jamaica office forget it unable to get my bill ….. have no ideas how to pay …. Worst experience avoid the hassle and please use another company.Its December 12 no package no delivery no idea when I will get my goods…… some guy in the Kingston office Nicolas told me the custom duty was $45,000 Jamaican dollars etc I told him send me the itemized bill so I can pay online …….. talk about the run around… hee said he has to speak with the manager…..guess he speaking over a week now. I think everyone in that company is headless and brainless and of no help.The guy Keith in the Ft. Lauderdale office gives the run around does not return calls, says he is sending me the bill via email I’m still waiting…. When I call back he gives me the bill of $385 that I had previously paid.Please do not use Dennis Shipping…… big mistake…..
