Lost my insurance. Went to pick up my prescription it was $147...? Nashawn (I'm sure I spelled it wrong) worked his magic and was able to get my prescription down to 25 dollars. Bless you my dear, I appreciate you!

I went there today just before their lunch break. They didn’t have my order in stock so she said she would check other locations and call me back. I was trying to figure out what to do because when people say they’ll call you back, they usually don’t. But she did. She had it filled at another location and I can pick it up today.

No one answers the phone at this pharmacy location. Without authority, the pharmacy deactivated refills. No one at this pharmacy had the right to deactivate my prescriptions. I had to take the day off and go to my doctor’s office to get refills that were already in the system, which was a complete inconvenience. My doctor did not deactivate my prescriptions, nor did I. When I asked why my prescriptions were deactivated, the clerk indicated that either my doctor or I deactivated the prescriptions, though neither of us did. There are always long lines in the pharmacy and drive through, and the service is mediocre. I’ll be switching pharmacies as well as taking my non-prescription business elsewhere.

Worst service at this location. My family has had prescriptions filled here for over 20 years and now it’s time to change locations. Don’t bother calling to update insurance they will NOT answer the phone. Waited on hold for 22 minutes and had to leave my husband at the hospital to drive over. Spoke to Store Manager and he ignored my complaint and he said he didn’t want to say if it was acceptable or not! Take your business where you will be appreciated!

Please pickup the phone! How in the world do you not answer the phone for 20 minutes straight? I gave up hung up and tried again and on hold again, called again now holding then to voicemail, who would trust you to listen to a voicemail and you never even pickup the phone live that pharmacy manager should be fired immediately! And every employee there! And hire an actual staff of people who works! It’s 5pm on a Tuesday

This has to be the worse CVS in the entire world. As others have stated, they Never answer the phone, and after your on hold long enough with the pharmacy they will literally answer the phone and hang up immediately, which prompted me to drive to the store only to witness them do this in front of me.

Excellent service from Cinthya, the girl who attends the cashier. Super attentive, kind, patient and dedicated to each client. It really is a pleasure to go shopping at CVS with her.
