I transitioned from getting all my prescriptions from Walgreens who I've been with over 13 years to CVS as of a month ago - already I'm ANNOYED with this location!
To start off, every time I come to pick up my prescriptions, whether afternoon or evening, their line is LONG and takes as long as a minimum of 15 minutes to get through and reach the front to speak to someone. The wait time is extensive. Next, when you call this particular location (I don't know if other locations are like this or not) they send you to voicemail where you have to wait on someone to call you back. Furthermore, the ones working in pharmacy are like zombies with no life, no proper communication, and lack customer service skills. They don't move with a sense of urgency. Lastly, the process of things is too much and the the consideration of people time is garbage. The employees need to either go through a refresher about customer service and more or go find another job. I don't understand why work a job where you can't maintain a standard or level of customer service and professionalism - you applied for the position and now unable to perform it how it should. I won't say it's all the employees that are of what I'm speaking on but the ones I've encountered in person and over the phone have left a disgusting impression about the people CVS hires and about how I feel of CVS overall. Walgreens could never match CVS! Walgreens is better! If it wasn't for the stipulations with my insurance, I would've went back to Walgreens. Otherwise, I'd do another location if I could but again, idk if it's just this CVS or all locations like this but this one is hell.

Cashier tried to use both registers to check out two people at the same time so while I stood in line twice as long as the girl behind me she checked out first and he delayed my payment to help her. Can’t stand him. Store is always out of everything.

Being one of two customers on a quite Sunday afternoon line to pay for one product when it was my turn the cashier and the manager decided to talk about how much money was in the register and took a break while the manager took me to work wait 5 to 10 minutes. There's no loyalty to customers, and made me feel unimportant. I'll never come here again, I'll give my business to Walgreens where the customers are important.

Every establishment answers the phone. CVS PHARMACY GOES THROUGH VOICEMAIL. A gentleman that call me back was so unmoved by the fact I wanted to change to workers comp. Talking about he can’t receive the information over the phone when it’s the same info. This cvs pharmacy staff don’t show no compassion. This dude is asking me about papers that contain my personal information. What’s the difference of providing the information over the phone and coming in when you still will have to verify the policy approve. 🙄I can provide the workers comp insurance card but not other papers. This dude don’t know what he is doing. Always some dumb ass shit with him.

CVS sends emails galore asking how they did with discounts and with percentages off of sales but when you get to the counter they don't know how to honor what they put they act like oh we don't know what that is you have to pull up the barcode so stupid I think Walmart's got a better situation going on and Walgreens

Employees were not pleasant at all the guy that came to wait on us for the Mucinex should of stayed home no hello or thanks for visiting our store. Then the guy that checked us out didn't apply my coupon for discount want visit this location again

I came to pick up my prescription after it was placed by my provider the day before, just for me to get here and have to wait 20 minutes for it to be filled. This is so unorganized and they already did not seem like they knew what was going on. This location needs to do better

The worst CVS ever. At first, I’ve realized the same male staff was always following me wherever I go. I was doubting myself until I moved multiples to different sections and then he always found himself near me. I am so mad. I then realized that he was in fact watching me. He didn’t do it once. He did it every time that I went there. I found it very disrespectful that he is following me and watching me every time that I went there. I never gave them a reason to think that I am stealing something. I felt very uncomfortable whenever I went there. It’s the nearest CVS to me so I always force myself to go there because I don’t want to drive too far. The staff is very rude. Nothing works in there. None of the services except the pharmacy. I don’t really care about that but the following part. They need to do better. I don’t think they do it to everybody. I am filing a complaint next time for the lack of professionalism. Those employees are the reason all those CVS are closing their doors. They have nasty behaviors

Wonderful customer service, variety of products, I save a lot of money with the coupons and Extra Care, good prices, clean store!

They tried to tell me my prescription was $250 and then refused to transfer it to a different pharmacy. Not only that the pharmacist Sharae was rude and unsympathetic. They just want their money.

I’ve been going here for years. It’s not the closest but I’m afraid to switch and have issues. They don’t know me here but they always go over and beyond and get the job done. The clerks at the register are always nice and helpful. People have to realize that ALOT of people use this pharmacy so the wait time may be longer. My kids and I appreciate y’all hard work.
