“This is such a long overdue post and I’m sorry for it! Michael Joseph was such a tremendous blessing to us in buying a new car that I needed. He was patient, kind and hysterical and even gave me some words of wisdom that helped me get a better price on the car! My mom and I loved talking with him. He worked diligently and faithfully while being courteous to us. I don’t write reviews normally but this man has been so impressed upon my heart even now (nearly a month later) I had to finish the review I told him I’d leave him. I’m sorry for the delay my friend. The staff was lovely but he was exceptional. He will have my strong referral if anyone asks for a credit union. 15 stars”

“i spoke to Kiani (i hope i spelt her name right) today 5/8 right before closing time and I am truly grateful that i have stopped by on my walk to learn more about Brightstar Credit Union. This walk in changed my life, perspective and impacted my goals.
As i walked in she gave me a warm smile and greeting. As told her about my credit situation and my goals and she kindly introduced and to me the best options to acheive them with BrightStar. I asked more about Brightstar’s credit cards and i liked how you get to put down how much money you want as credit. She did not hesitate to think about everything she said, she really knows the criteria spot on.

“Had to visit the sunrise branch of priority one today, in order to deal with a fraud matter. To make a long story short, we met Sheila and she was an absolute angel. She was patient empathetic kind, and very informative. She took care of closing out the old account, opened a new account for us, and advise us on certificates of deposit.
When we arrived, needless to say, we were very stressed, but when we left, thanks to Sheila, we were comfortable at the problem had been resolved, and our account and resources were safe.

“Always a good experience at Space Coast nice friendly staff. The branch is a little dated. Maybe some day they will redo the counter tops to 12 to 13 inches so it can fit 2x 8.5" x 11.5" sheets of paper if you were to have some documents to sign and not some counter that can only hold maybe 2 stacks of dollar bills. Though that is how most Space Coast branch counter are any ways. Guess the watch dog was looking out to not spend too much money or give us too much real estate on the counter tops. Instead this branch has a lot of offices that are probally only less than 1/2 used or more most of the time. Not sure what the dog was thinking if we were supposed to have a cocktail party or something in the offices to balance things out for being a member. Other than that it's always a good to excellent experience at any of the branches. Some are always going to be better than others but it's a great community bank. Most people don't know what they are missing out on until they have banked at other banks to know how good Space Coast is to its members. If this is your first bank you have ever banked with in your life trust me you will know how good you had it when you go to some other bank with long lines out the door and only one teller working.”

She and her staff makes that bank the best Credit Union to bank with in ALL of south Florida. She is very knowledgeable about that industry, extremely well mannered, very kind and treats everyone with the uttermost respect. “I have with Space Coast since 2015, it was sad to see Brooke Robins leave as manager of this branch, but she was needed at a much busier location. Since her departure I have seen a few managers attempt to fill her shoes, but recently Sharmine has been extremely professional, courteous, and attentive in all ways. I have seen the branch grow and a general sense of happiness over the employees and clientele at this location. Meeka, Ashely, and Judith are all wonderful additions to the bank and a pleasure to work with.”
