Champion Dog Training is a great place to have your dog trained. I have 2 dogs and was tired of them pulling me down the street. Mike is amazing. He is patient and thorough in explaining how to train your dog. My dogs are now well behaved and they actually listen to me and do what I say! I enjoy walking them again. ?

I recently brought my german shepherd puppy to Mike Clark at Champion dog training. This is the third dog over the last 27 years that I've used Mike to train. He does an outstanding job not only for the dog, but teaching and reinforcing techniques for the owner in easy to understand training sessions. I wouldn't use anyone else

My wife and I wanted to get our dogs trained before moving states and Mr. Clark was simply the best! We tried different trainers with limited results, but we're very happy with them after his help.

I’ve known Mike Clark for over 25 years. He is one of the best dog trainers I’ve ever used and worked with his expertise is unmatched in his field. We were very lucky to find him when I worked for the Broward sheriffs office. Mike is the best top notch first class he does stuff a dog did you possibly couldn’t imagine Great job Mike

I highly recommend Mike to anybody who wants to learn how to communicate with their dog better. The training was life changing for us and for our dog who is now an obedient, patient and much happier puppy. We continue daily training sessions at home but with Mike's guidance those sessions have actually became a fun, bonding activity for us and the dog. Thank you Champion Dog Training!

My husband and I have professionally known Mike for a long time and we couldn't speak higher of him than to say he is the gold standard. You can't find better. Selecting Champion Dog Training now will serve you well for your lifetime with your dog(s). You will be happy you did. He's so good I wish I could rescue and buy all the dogs so Mike can help them all have better lives.

I'm so grateful I found Mike! Let me start by saying, with his years of experience and expertise, THIS is the only dog training you need. Do not waste your time or money anywhere else. I thought I knew what I was getting into when I rescued my lab/pit mix Oliver while living in LA, but boy was I wrong. I wanted a dog I could take on hikes and adventures, but he was overexcited and constantly jumping on/play biting everyone he met. I spent way too much on training that didn't work, we just ended up going through bags of treats a day. I was also told his age had a lot to do with his behavior (9 months) and it would improve. It didn't. He was basically a wild dog and things started getting worse, i.e. leash reactivity, jumping on counters, sometimes a bit of aggression towards me. In four lessons of basic obedience, Mike nipped that in the bud and taught me so much! Oliver is manageable now and above all, he listens to me. I can actually take him places now without worrying. What I loved about his training in particular is yes, it's correctional training, but Mike emphasizes dogs' need for praise/affection as well. I'm excited to eventually take Oliver through the advanced courses! Thank you, Mike!!

With dog training, it really isn't as much about the dog as it is about teaching us humans how to communicate with our dogs and Mike did an excellent job translating that to my husband and I and giving us all the tools to help our dog succeed. He provides a training video with your dog in it as well as written materials for reference as well so you can keep up with the training. He was very reasonable compared to other similar services in terms of pricing. All in all, this is someone who is trustworthy and effective and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to train their dog. Mike is the real deal. I wouldn't take my dog to anyone else. In four sessions, our girl learned leash manners, sit, stand, stay, heel, and place. She was focused on the lessons and Mike ensured that I had the skills to work with her throughout the week even when he wasn't there. He's clearly an expert with dogs but his expertise really shone through when it came to making me and my daughter feel confident in the training skills we were learning. I was also thrilled with the hard copy materials that accompanied the basic training course. We have videos and written materials that we can refer back to if needed. Top notch experience.
