I bought some sandals and on the first use they broke. I went to ask for help and the staff of this place is not friendly, starting with their language and diligence. I will never return to this place, horrible!

I visited this Burlington store to return a gift for my client, with the receipt and everything in the bag undamaged and unused. Unfortunately, the lady assisting me displayed a very negative attitude, treating me as if I had done something wrong. I remained polite throughout. Despite this, she called over a higher up to escalate the situation unnecessarily. It was just a simple return, not a criminal act. Disappointing customer service experience.

I like it because of the good prices and I find some of good quality and brand, I have gone shopping for two things and the delay is more than two hours after standing in endless lines. I am an elderly person and it is impossible because every time I go, I return with pain in my legs…. The cashiers are slow and there are almost always less than 3 which causes everything.

Find reasonable priced items. It looks like they no longer carry coats as I wasn't able to find any in store. This was the main reason I went to the store. Looks like they are transiting into a regular department store

There was a customer with so much stuff at the register on her phone not caring about the 20 people in line. There was only 2 cashiers and no one to help. Kids crying in the long line and it was a week day. Left my clothes I was buying in the line. To be honest the lady holding up the line should have killed her self to help everyone out. I would have waited for the clean up and bought my stuff
