Called and verified they had the tire. Told him I'd be there at 6:30. I called at 6:10 to let him know we were still on the way but he informed me he took another job and wouldn't be back for another 40 minutes. We waited and then called to let him know we were on the way again. He said he was on the way and would meet us there. We called when we got there and he told us where to park. We waited 20 minutes and he still never showed up. So we just left. You would think you'd call a potential customer and let them know why you were running late. Especially when you claim you "need the bag". If they had done good, we were going to get all 4 tires done. We'll just take our business and money to a real company. Wish I read the negative reviews before wasting my time with this company.

When the says 15 minutes regardless of location, he meant it. Wasted no time, and my tire was changed faster than it'd take to get a mechanic onsite. Highly recommended!!!
