• I chose BofA after felt mistreated by Chase (where I was originally planning to open my account). Merdrige (the BofA senior banker who assisted me), did a great job and took care of all my concerns with kindness and professionalism.
• She was so nice and gentle, it was refreshing being treated as a human being, instead of just a number. She (in representation of BofA), proven how they care about their costumers. I'm looking forward to continue doing business with BofA in this facility.

Very professional and bankers are highly respectful and kind, also you don’t have to wait for hours to be served, and even worst to make an appointment. The place is peaceful and welcoming.
