“I have been a customer for many many years. The last time they installed a new 9 gallon Dainvac was 10 years ago. Their equipment is that good. A couple of days ago they replace it with a new one. They showed up on time and did a professional job. This time I thought I could get a 4 gallon Drainvac instead. However, that night, I realized that I wanted the 9 gallon so I texted Robert who responded right away. What amazes me is that after all these years, Robert continues to engage directly with his customers and continues to be as passionate as he was 10 years ago about taking care of his customers. The next day his crew showed up to replace it with a new 9 gallon. Needless to say, I was very happy. “Jonson in the blinds department is awesome. We had our blinds cut at another Home Depot Department on 57th Ave., and the person who cut them used a dull blade making them look like a complete disaster.
Jonson was SO professional, experienced, and very knowledgeable. He measured twice, and cut once....with a sharp blade.

“I have to laugh when I see some of these low ratings. I have been dealing with Albers since I bought my house in Hollywood. It has been 50 years! They have always been efficient and reliable. Yes. In recent years they have been getting a little gruff. I am in sales myself and they probably get fed up with people, but I trust them and I know them and I would rather deal with honesty than with a strange salesperson at a franchise store who is artificially nice.”

Purchased a built in microwave, they came to install it and my cabinet was not a standard size. The installer (Mark W.) did not give up on me. He called their cabinet company and the carpenter came to my house right away, made the modifications and it worked! Very happy customer. This is the only place to purchase your appliances.”

“I was at this store to return some items and I had the best costumer service from cashier named George and assistant manager Jennifer, this store is lucky to have these two amazing people on board. These 2 people made me change my review from 1* to 5* because I was there 2 days ago and cashier named Paola couldn’t process a return and I ask her to call the manager, when manager came I forgot her name and she said there is no way she can help with the return because the register is refusing the return you can tell she was to lazy to even try to help, I told her I can do an exchange buy something else she said we only do exchange “APPLE FOR APPLE”” really? She said email costumer support they will help you and I did they said manager can give you refund if he/she wants to if they don’t want to give refund they will come with excuses we can’t do anything. Thanks to George and Jennifer I was able to get the refund.”
