I've been coming to Amscot for various needs throughout the last year and I have to say this last visit I had on Thursday was so amazing!! Brianna not only took care of my transaction with ease but was the definition of an employee that loves her job and truly cares!! She explained everything to me, gave me different options for my transaction and did it all with a huge and warming smile. She was very friendly with my child who was with me as well. Even he said, mommy that lady was really nice. Amscot is very lucky to have Brianna and if ever there was a management fast track for Amscot, Amscot should definitely consider her for it!!!

Very seldomly do I take the time to review a place unless it's truly exceptional service or horrific lol. I had the pleasure of being served by a lovely Brianna at amscot today. I must've been in and out in under 3 mins; she was fast, efficient, and so sweet. I came in to purchase a bus pass and she treated me as if I had a limo waiting outside. Her customer service is impeccable and her smile is contagious. It is like winning the lottery when you have employees like Brianna and she should be let known that the customers value her and her service.

She had a beautiful bright smile, she welcomed me to the store, assisted me with my transaction right away, and was efficient while handling my transaction. What a gem!
