Where do I start?! Very unprofessional staff especially an employee named Cassandra. She covers her face with a mask to avoid customers knowing her identity but clearly she is wearing a name tag with her name. She is very rude and authoritative as if she owns the place. Told her shift manager about her and she did not care about what I said. She needs to be put in check before you loose more customers Amscot. Horrible, Horrible customer service.if I could give 0 starts at this location I would.

Cassandra has horrible customer service. It never fails every time I come here she always has an attitude. I am taking my services elsewhere just because of her. Amscot you need to check your employees better especially someone as rude as Cassandra!!

I usually don’t write bad reviews but would have to in this case. Customer service here is horrible. A young lady by the name of Cassandra while on the phone trying to verify making jokes about me with the agent on the phone. This is not the first time she does this and she has some type of authority attitude about her. OVERALL UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Cassandra is an unprofessional person. She had the audacity to look me up and down and skip me to attend another customer then when I asked her why she skipped me she said because she calls to the window who ever she feels like. She then proceeded to give me a hard time just to cash a money order and on top of that laughing to my face. This person shouldn’t be working customer service at all. Shame on you Amscot for allowing this type of behavior!!!!!

I’ve been to this location two times, and both experiences were the worst. The employees were taking their precious time to gossip instead of helping the customers and giving people an attitude. It must be a workplace thing because even the manager contributes to the gossip and rude attitude. I would recommend not coming to this location. I mean, look at the reviews. There is mainly one star. ??♀️

This place is a sham..the lady Cassandra racial profile me and made me go through so much, just to get a money order! I won't be visiting this place anymore, and I suggest you don't either!

I waited and there is no one who speaks Spanish (in Florida!) and I couldn't notarize a document that I needed in Spanish because they wanted it in English, when I NEEDED IN SPANISH!!!

Although the location I visited was quite busy, the service was quick, efficient, and extremely easy. I have used Amscot for many years between paychecks, when you just need that little extra to pay your rent. They have always proven effective, fair, and I felt comfortable taking the Payday Advance loans with them.

Had the displeasure of visiting this location 3/2/2020 at 10:40 pm to get a money order for $1140 to use for a deposit on a asset. Got to the store where there three employees. The guy in the white shirt who assisted me whom seemed to be the manager ask for my driver license for the money order which I gave, then he persisted to copy my identification onto a form asking for my social security number with biometric components in order to issue me a money order. When I ask why does he need my social he briefly said we are required to obtain information on client for some transactions. I told him I would not give my social he walked away with the copy of my driver’s license and went to the back of the store. There are companies out there who are fraudulent operators. Do not give your biometric information (SSN) to them. They will sell your information and commit fraudulent activity using your information. Avoid them at all cost.
