very bad customer service. their website bounded me to call their pharmacy from digital to analog service. Most of the time their phone lines are busy (Long waiting time), very difficult to get them. Some time they cut the line after a long wait.

OMG ..never again. Teladoc called in prescriptions the day before. Never got a pickup call. Called the store multiple times and was unable to get anyone on the phone. Showed up at the pharmacy to be told they don't have my insurance information. Like, couldn't someone call me to get it? I was told to come back at 7 pm and I refused to leave because I didn't trust them. Waited over an hour for my prescription despite the store being empty...

Always a great service and convenience. They always smile and the store is always clean and tidy. It is organized and certainly will be back again. I highly recommend this store. Great service as always!

The ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER VERY UNPROFESSIONAL they do not ever pick up their phones I promise to never get meds from here again! You're dealing with sick people half the time the wait to receive your meds is crazzzzy!! Horrible!!! Truthfully it's always been this way here won't catch me again tho

The worst customer service, the worst pharmacy ever ! They tell you that your med is ready at a certain time, when you get there you always have to wait at least 15 to 20 minute because your med is not ready to be picked up. Done with Walgreen

Avoid coming here at all costs. Came in at 11:20pm when they’re supposed to close at 12am. They locked their doors and were mopping.. at 11:20? you have an entire 40 minutes left before closing. Already contacted corporate. If you need to close early update your hours online. You can’t make up your own hours for a corporation. Complete inconvenience. Do better. This place is full of ignorant workers with attitudes. Dirty homeless people all throughout the day and crackheads.

If I could rate this particular Walgreens any lower I would! From the pharmacist to techs, they're ALL rude & lack professionalism. Also, they don't answer their phones. They'll hang up on you after waiting patiently for 20 mins on hold. I'm taking my prescriptions to the Walmart next door. That says a lot because Walmart isn't known for it's customer service either! Anything is better than this Walgreens. I advise you to take your business elsewhere! 0/10

The sadness part is, if this was a Walgreens in a white neighborhood there is no one the drive through line should be having you wait for over 30mins outside the line. Black neighborhoods never have the resources we need. Only 1 person giving Covid shots in running the drive through as well as the front counter. Things cost to much for service to be like this.

Every time I go online and pay, I request for my prescriptions to be delivered, it's NEVER delivered. I always end up having to go pick up my prescription. They always put 2 holds on my credit card for the same order. Then charge my card when I pick it up. Forget about calling asking why was it not delivered, they always promise it will be delivered but it never does.

Very low standards on cleanliness - the store was smelly once I walked in.The two people at the register were nice, not professional though.Security officer inside chatting with cashier and doesn’t seem to take job seriously.No one is ever at the photo area when I’m there, I always have to go up front to ask for help (always a problem with the system/ dropping off FedEx packages)Every time I go there, I see multiple shady looking people just standing outside in front of the store watching customers go in and out. This store looks like it’s going downhill.
