I’ve been coming here for a long time and had the pleasure of meeting Philippe the Store Manager. I can tell you without a doubt that the previous review Is NOT from his location. I’ve witness him treating his customers and all customers with the outmost respect and courtesy. He make sure all his customers cars are done correctly and expeditiously. He is by far an asset to his company and so his best for his employees and customers

Quite possibly the worst Tire Kingdom in the nation. From messing up an oil change (how is that even possible) to the wrong tire being ordered, I’ve seen it all with this place. My last oil change this week, they told me it would be $99. I went to pick up the car and they charged me $170 saying the car took more oil than they thought. After I left, a warning light came on and as it turned out they over-filled the oil and the oil level is above maximum and the car needs to be serviced. I had to take the car back, sit and wait the whole afternoon for it to be fixed. They kept telling me “a few more minutes” - it ended up being over two hours. Not an apology or refund was offered. Customer service at its finest! Staff was rude and didn’t seem to care that I had to spend almost my entire afternoon waiting for them to fix their mistake. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I know I will never go back to this place.
