Recently came here Tuesday & bought headlights. & when I asked them do they install them. One employee told me yes & was willing to install with such GREAT Courtesy. On the other hand 2 others were very bad at customer service and started arguing with the young man right in from of us stating that they don’t install headlight bulbs. Well I just wanted to say for the young man working so hard with such GREAT Courtesy willing to help out my elderly mother installing her headlights that you deserve to be IN A HIGHER POSITION than two that works with you because they have no customer service and should be fired for such rude actions. The young man is Nickalous who was willing to help. And I’m not sure of the other two names but it was an older black male with glasses and as well as a caucasian big size girl who was extremely rude. Hopefully this issued can be resolved because we picked O’reillys because they seem more luxurious and customer friendly but those other two made the visit highly uncomfortable and we still haven’t gotta our headlights installed.

I work for a federal agency and intended to purchase a few items for the vehicle. It’s normal for the vendor to be required to phone the service management team to get authorize purchases. I phoned the store to ask Raj to phone this office so they would authorize the purchase, he snapped that he would not call anyone and hung up the phone. I will never enter this nor any O’Reilly’s again, obviously they do not want my business. As you wish!!!!

Bought radiator cap for 1 car and oil Change supplies for another car. I installed the radiator cap and in test driving it was still leaking for the 1st 10 minutes 15 minutes it was on it was on so I drove on over to o'reilly over to o'reilly and propose a few questions too. Being I just bought it and I was so close he said chances are it will stop or had already stopped and he was correct reply was willing that if it start leaking again bring it on and get me another one or another brand and take care of that for me. I never saw the last business open that was there buthere but I'm glad you're gone. Hope this shop has has as many employees with the The 2 visits I've made there since they opened. Great spot it's right over there by broward meats so I can get me some good eats and some red stripe.
