Most service agents are cool but theres one guy, ..older gentleman with glasses that I have seen on several occasions have an "relaxed" attitude with buying customers,..been coming here several years and today he gave me bad experience , and will not come to buy here If I see him here servicing clients. I ordered paid for my part a day before, 10 bucks..I got unproffessional attitude, walked away and told him to keep my zhit, I dont need to deal with unproffessional people today...apparently he didnt want to look for my part

I have gone two days straight to this location to return 4 brake rotors with the original receipt from another location in Hollywood and the card I purchased it with and the manger mosses at this location does not want to give me back my money at all he send me to the Hollywood location. Meanwhile he was asking me for the parts to return I told him I have them in the car they are heavy , I didn’t take them down until I knew I would be able to return them. Then this man started complaining about having to take them off the vehicle which I told him I would do so myself. Really bad staff at this location. I’ve been to several oh Reilly stores and never encountered someone meanwhile being a manager, so unwilling to work and to
help out. I’m currently driving to the Hollywood store now. He said he couldn’t help me out .

Service by Fanor was very helpful but the portable jump starter he sold me had been opened / seal broken, obviously a bad thing for electrical components .... I missed this major issue before leaving the store. After I got home I powered up the control screen, the unit had been clearly discharged (used and not recharged), very disappointing. Will it work when I need it? A: I guess I’ll find out, likely the hard way.
