Her shipping is horrible. I made a purchase June 3rd it’s now June 18th. I’ve reached out she keep saying sorry I’ll ship it tomorrow and never do. At this point I don’t want it and will be disputing.

The clothing item was $60 online and $120 in person. I inquired about the price difference in store and the clerk told me that the in store price is different from the online price. I still went ahead and bought the item. However, I saw another item that better suited me and asked before I even left outside of the store to exchange it. She told me that exchanges are not available and that I would have to get an in-store credit. I feel like that business is ripping customers off and unreasonable. It's not like they are selling name brand clothing for the prices to even be that high.

I ordered from them weeks ago my order has not shipped. I reached out over 25 times. No response. I commented on her post because you're posting daily but not getting back to me.. finally received a response sorry she just needs my id to ship it out.. my email and number is on my purchase if that was the case why wasn't i reached out to? sent it then I never got a response again nor was it shipped. Their customer service is nonexistent. Currently filling a claim with the BBB. The audacity to keep my money no update no item ect. People have to stop making business when it doesn't suit them. I ordered a month before my birthday to avoid any conflicts my birthday is now next week how is this possible? If these businesses with millions of customers can get back to you within 24 hours so can you. Disgusting business behavior.
