I visited this place. It was a pleasant experience.The place is very organized and clean. . The workers there are very nice, and the manager is nice and helpful. An employee named Nouha helped me. She was quick, helpful, and smiling all the time. She is also very patient. She is good at VIP service. I promised her. Mom I will visit the shop again.

This store use to have really good customer service but my last two visits have been horrible.. I’ve been ignored and received no help. items where also priced at one thing and once you reach the register it is another price. The cashier was very rude and unhelpful. I will not be spending any money with this company ever again and will also make sure my family and friends do not either.

Do NOT go to this store! The manager there is so rude, unprofessional, and doesn't know the first thing about customer service. From the moment I asked for assistance he seemed annoyed and bothered. I asked for the sensual brand, and when the young lady rung it up, my mother decided that she did not want to pay that much for the hair. So I proceeded and asked the manager for a cheaper hair. He handed me another brand, and said here! My mother asked how much is it? He ignored her, so then I asked how much is it? His reasons to me was, you asked for a cheaper hair, here it is. I then said to him, she wants to know how much it is.? Then he said I don't know, the young lady up front will tell you. I was so disgusted at his disposition. The only reason why I made the purchase was because I knew my elderly mother would not want to go to another store. This location needs more workers, and DEFINITELY A NEW MANAGER! I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!The manager name is Nesser or Nassar.. I can't pronounce his name...

The skinny Arab guy who operates this store is rude. I was in the parking lot last week to ask him a quick question before the store opened as he was passing me, and before I uttered a word, he looked at me and said “We open at 10a” … I left immediately because I decided my money should be spent where my customer service is appreciated. I visited the store this afternoon and the cashier , Olanica was extremely horrible with customer service for no apparent reason. She was very aggressive with her movement and body language that she knocked over things around the cash register when she closed the register . I called back when I left and asked for a manager and she said no one was there for me to speak with until tomorrow. I knew it was her from the name in the receipt and I confirmed by asking her over the phone . I’ve been living in this community for over 25 years and have come several times because it’s local and convenient. However from this experience today I may think twice before spending my money somewhere I’m treated horribly. If you don’t want to work the curt time shouldn’t get the backlash.

My first time in here and it's close to my house but I'm glad that I enjoyed my shopping experience. I should've gotten the associates name but she's Jamaican and so nice OMG talk about helpful I hope she never changes. This is my new supply store!!

All I asked was what time do the hair stylist get there I arrived pretty late and I just had a quick question because I came too early one time and stylist that are usually in the back to do your hair are not in the back of the store so instead of giving me a time I get attitude and told to come the next day all I want to know is what time do the stylists get there I would like to go back because the lady did such a good job on my hair the last time but everyone else should get fired hopefully they have a new staff the girls that do your hair can stay

My very last time shopping there . I’m a store manager myself and I experienced the worst customer service the skinny girl I guess she’s a manager but she’s very rude I simply asked her a question and she answered very rudely made me feel uncomfortable and I honestly didn’t want to spend my money there , she definitely don’t need to be upfront assisting customers!! This place needs new managers
