I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from the manager at General Dollar When I attempted to return a product, the manager refused to process the return, displaying clear racist behavior towards me as an immigrant. This kind of discrimination is unacceptable and has no place in any business. I urge to address this issue immediately and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and fairness, regardless of their background.

Women with short dreads n tattoos made me wait to check out while the person checking out left out of line and continued to shop for items. Cashier told me I had to wait and I had a baby in my arms. Terrible service doesn’t get worse then that!

0 zero star if I could. Messy store, prices are wrong and most importantly the ghetto cashiers that are rude and have no problem ringing up the wrong price. For a predominantly black store it's not serving the community as you would receive in other non black stores. Just rude and unprofessional. It's disappointing! Black people do better. Hire young people that want to work and not the low class Bumquishas and Shaquesha that pat their weave and talk on their cell phone while they ring you up. They don't want to work, don't hire these people and find respectful people that want to work. I'll never spend my money here. Surprised it still in business.

Nice big, roomy Dollar General.You can still find a lot of items for just $1 so I went in to check out the bargains and to get some laundry detergent. I found the store very bright and organized...most stuff was neatly arranged on the shelves and the cashier was nice and polite.No issues at all shopping here.
