I was very frustrated, but the branch manager by the name of Rene Gonzalez Jr, calmed me down, helped me, listened to my worries, was friendly and very professional. I hope JP Morgan « Chase Bank » realize and appreciate the effort and patience you give to your client, you are such a great asset!. On behalf of my family and I, thank you again Rene.

I don’t understand why there’s only 2 tellers inside and the line is always 10 people or longer no matter the time of day. It would make everyone’s day if they would add more tellers. I’m thinking about switching my bank because of the major inconvenience. It’s really ridiculous. Right now it’s 9:28 and 15 people in line with 2 tellers. You do the math of how long that takes.

I love chase but this branch is horrible. Where do they find those unprofessional people omg. I have been a chase customer for 12 years omg. Whenever I come here I always felt some kind of way. This is my last time going over there. Don't play with me with my money. I'm asking myself is this because of the area? They are so rude omg. The man didn't even know what he was doing. Chase do better with your staff.

Do not come early for your appointment ever. Had a 1:30 appointment, arrived at 1:00. It’s now 1:29 and I’m still waiting.Bathroom is emasculate though so…..? for that I give them.They saw me at exactly 1:30.

NEVER available, even when they put a 2-week hold on your shirt-term disability check and your car payment overdrafted your account DUE TO THE HOLD. This isn't the first time that they turned away people in general. They just told me to call, and that the only person there, the manager, wasn't going to be available, even if I waited. The call I have now been on hold waiting for an hour. I will be closing my account when my money clears. This is unacceptable. This was insurance money I have been waiting on for two months of not being able to work. They are crippling people and they don't even care. Update: Just got off the phone and they said I'll be in the red until at least my appointment tomorrow, they can't/won't do anything.

I’ve been banking with chase for years... this location is by far the WORST location
