Very rude and not wanting to deal. Selling hand me down items and trying to solicit 10% lay away instead of making a deal with an empty store and too many employees. They told me "The answer is no" and "go to Walmart". Won't be recommending or going back.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS LOCATION , I bought apple air pods assuming they were real to later find out the next day after looking further into them that they were FAKE .. Tried to return the next morning after purchase and was told they could not take it back , they even tried to say i switched it out because the item didnt match the receipt. BAD BUSINESS

stood all night in line, in the morning the manager came out and said that today only those who registered via the Internet would come in, there was no information about this anywhere, this is the worst place in America !!! please don't go there.

They sold me a tool box stating that it included 3 SET OF BOX TOOLS PER CYNTHIA for $212.00 not to mention the box had ties on it so figured it was to keep the tools from falling out was never asked do I wanna look inside.I got the tool box off layaway finally still didn’t open the box my mistake til I got home NO TOOLS but what was in it looked like mechanic trash.spilled oil,drill battery no drill old gloves stuck to a solder gun. So I contacted per CYNTHIA she said she has on camera when I looked inside the tool box nooo I never did So she stated keep the tools that (that were never in the box) and I’ll give you $50 for the box. So when I call cooperate by the time I could wink they returned my call telling me I was told there were no tools that only the tool box was sold to me at that price THAT’S A LIE AND I WAS LIED TO WHEN I PURCHASED the tool box SO I’M OUT OF MY MONEY AND HAS A SMELLY BOX THAT I CAN’T USE PER CYNTHIA RIPPED ME OFF.

Very rude. They try to solicit on other apps to buy stuff, then offer you almost nothing when you get there. Very rude and unprofessional. BEWARE. The ladies name is Cynthia. A pawn shop would not even have to do that to get items in. If they were a descent pawn shop people would be flocking to them. There is a reason nobody goes there to sell.
