My experience with transport masters was great. Even when our plans had to change super quickly, the Sr. logistics Advisor, Ginger, was on top of it and found a driver in no time. The negotiated rate that Ginger gave was the final price, in addition to their service fee. I’m not sure how Transport Masters selects their 1099 drivers, but our driver, Sam, was super great as well!

Worst experience recently with Riley Aragon. On April 9, 2024 agreed to the contract for 1300 for enclosed carrier for our car. On 7/15/24 she called to sign the documents and failed to disclose the change of fee from 1300 to 1900. Very unprofessional person and extremely rude. She hung the phone on us and failed to reply to calls or text messages regarding the unauthorized change of fee. Avoid dealing with Riley Aragon, as she is very unprofessional. Maybe the next salesperson is better than Riley Aragon for this company. It’s veteran owned operated and as a 100 disabled veteran they did not impress me with this lady as their representative. Very sad for us veterans!!!! Now fighting to get my money back based on her deception and false representation into the contract. I canceled my order completely. Sad for this service to a 100% disabled veteran….. and still waiting for a call back from the supervisor “Laymon”……… more than likely they will make an excuse for their lack of customer service response….

Poor coordination, nearly non-existent communication, and a fee for doing nothing. Their efforts were lacking, and they were unable to fulfill any promises made. Don't ever use these people.

Horrible experience. I started working with PJ in April to have my car moved from NY to Texas as I was moving. We set a date for June 28th. Signed the work order. I was told that if I had any changes that it would be no problem. I called back a week or so later and said that I needed transport for the 23rd/24th as we moved our move dare. Was told no problem. I heard nothing back all the way until June 21st so I called PJ and he confirmed that I needed it for Monday the 23rd. I confirmed with him as well. He put me on hold and came back with that they had 3 drivers lined up but needed their insurance to clear. I said great but tomorrow is Saturday and asked if anyone was in the office. He confirmed he was working Saturday. Heard nothing all day long. So come Sunday I am in panick mode and start calling other companies at 730am. Thankfully I was successful and by 5pm the other company confirmed a pick up. Come Monday the 23rd PJ calls me at 10am and informs me he had a driver set up for June 25th knowing full well I needed the car picked up 23rd/24th. He set this up without even calling to see if it was OK. Had he called me prior i could of made arrangements. After he was told I found another company because he never got back to me he sounded angry and told me he was going to charge me the 200 dollar deposit fee anyways and that it was non refundable. I promptly called the main line and asked to speak to a supervisor. I was called back a few hours later and told some garbage that they work in a 72hr window and it's not up to him to refund but he would ask. Never heard anything back. That is a horrible way to do business as there is clearly a lack of communication with their clients. I guess they really needed that 200 dollars. Do yourself and do not use this company. As stated I found another company on a Sunday who came through in less than 12 hours. So why did it take PJ months to even screw up a pick up? Insane.

I have never shipped a car before. So, when we needed to get my Son's car transported home from College, I looked for the "Best Buy."
THANK GOD FOR TRANSPORT MASTERS USA!
I initially made the mistake of going for the lowest price option. After nearly a month of waiting, no updates, and rude customer service, I cancelled with the "Other Company."
Because weeks had passed, time was of the essence. I needed my car for my other Son's Summer job, and I needed it right away.
I called Mike Janco, at Transport Masters USA. Not only was their rate extremely competitive, Mike pulled off the unimaginable. Within two hours Mike had a transport truck! He did in two hours what the "Other Company" couldn't do in nearly a Month!
Mike's miracles didn't stop there! Mike assured me the vehicle would be at my front door 72 hours from the time I signed the agreement. And, rather than waiting on hold for hours, only to speak with rude customer representatives who gave me no answer (like the "Other Company"), Mike gave me his direct office line, his direct email, and even his direct cell phone number. Mike even went out of his way to take my call on the same day his Son was graduating AND celebrating his Birthday! THIS was customer service WAY above and beyond!
True to their word, Transport Masters USA and Mike Janco made sure my car arrived on time, and in pristine condition.
As if all of this isn't enough for you to make your decision who to hire to ship your car(s), you can be proud of the fact Transport Masters is Veteran Owned! There are no hidden fees! There is no upfront deposit! They are available past normal office hours! They have 24/7 online tracking! And, the list goes on and on and on!
Don't make the same mistake I made. The "Best Option" is NOT the cheapest option when it comes to shipping your car.
CALL TRANSPORT MASTERS USA today, and don't waste your valuable time searching for any others.

Buyer beware! Very negative experience with this company, and with the representative, Ginger. Shipped my car from NY to FL in late March, 2024. My car was to arrive in approximately three days. Approximately is the best description of the service I received. Approximately five days later it was still in transit. In calling Ginger to find out where it was, she responded with “Well, you have to call the driver to find out”. When I pursued questioning her about when I could expect delivery she said she was done, had done her job and hung up on me. Very poor customer service, very poor delivery service. Never again.

Carlton is trust worthy and dedicated. He had a few drivers fall through but stayed on it until he got one. Be prepared to give enough time for him to get you a driver. If you want next day delivery no one does it.Give at least 4 days heads up and Carlton will make sure it's done. Shout out to Russ and David at R&M hauling great job no damage and price was exactly as quoted no hidden fees. Thank you.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Save your time and money, and run far away from these liars. The will run your card, say you are booked, and never pick up your vehicle. Trying to call Ginger or Joseph is a joke. All they do is put you on hold, and transfer you to a voicemail.

I had a great experience with Transport Masters. PJ helped me arrange transportation for my car from Minden, NV to Charlotte, NC. I truly appreciated PJ for his honesty and concern for me in this process. PJ returned all of my messages quickly and had the information that I needed when I needed it. This was my first experience in transporting a car, and PJ gave me the support and reassurance that I needed. The driver, Igor, was professional, punctual, and respectful. Igor was great in communicating with me about pick up and drop off information. I was very glad to hire a veteran owned company and will use them again if I need this service. I encourage everyone to contact Transport Masters USA if you need to have a car transported. I believe you will be glad that you did.

"Reliable, Affordable, and Stress-free" is what they promise, however my experience was the exact opposite of all that "unreliable, expensive and stress-full", worst experience I ever had in my whole life. Riley sent me a quote for $800, promised a pickup window of 24-48 hours and confirmed that is was very likely to be picked up on my scheduled date if we booked on that same day we were chatting. I did everything needed that same day and not only did it not get picked up the scheduled date, but was over the 48 hour window promised. I tried contacting her for over 3 days, sent several texts, left voice messages and didn't receive any replies or updates, which created a lot of stress. A day past the max pickup window I got an e-mail, after they had already picked up my vehicle and were already in transit, with vehicle dispatch information and they charged me for $900 (overcharging my signed contract by $100). When questioned she said the contract had a clause (in smaller letters by the way) which I looked up and states "any negotiated carrier fee shall not exceed 150% of the original carrier fee without the express written consent of the Client", and therefore the price was negotiated on my behalf and increased without my consent. I will never use their service again and do not recommend them at all.
