I love this store an hope to go there again they always answer my call it’s such good service you go there and staff are the nice there from Jamaica and treat you so good you should there if you want me phone or bed your phone fix o if you want to pay the bill it the best

Asian wireless is the last business place I'll do business with period! The staff is very rude and disrespectful. My personal experience was with a package I was suppose to pick up from them that was left there by UPS. I called before I actually went there about my package and this guy told me he's not at the store at the moment and he'll give me a call back as soon as he gets there, anyways I never received a call back the whole entire day until at 6 I decided to call back. I told him I called this morning about my package and the person told me they will call me as soon as he gets there, when I do call back, and his response was, “it's not my responsibility to call back anybody†me being as humble as I was, I was like ok well can I come get my package sir? He said he's gonna check at some other location across from there business place I assumed and call me back. He didn't. I kept on calling and no pick up. I called from another phone and the person pick up. I tell them that I called about my package ETC.... he then said yes I could come get it. Driving around in the plaza for couple minutes well trying to find their store. Calling them back just to get a valid direction since It was the GPS that direct me into the plaza, but nobody pick up and when I finally ask around, someone direct me to the back and that's when I found their store. I pull up right in front their store and call and see the guy look on the phone and walk away. I guess he knows that was my number calling. Anyways I was so pissed my mom was in the car with me and she ask for my ID and said she'll get it. Because I swear when I receive my package I was gonna tell them how disrespectful, rude and unprofessional they're. They are Jamaicans too, I'm also jamaican and when I tell u how rude they were, they was very rude and unprofessional.
