Worst car wash in the world. They damaged my rims with a wire brush and don’t want to fix it or pay to have them fixed. Been out here 2 hours talking to the owner to see what we can come up with and he’s telling me that they didn’t do it. Which he wasn’t even here when it happen. I showed the damage to the managers when it happen before I step foot in my truck. I would not recommend this car wash to no one in the world. They shouldn’t be allowed to even wash bicycles.

First of all they are open on Christmas and I'm getting a hand wash ???. I'm an Uber driver and I was well taken care of.

Sitting here for an hour. Workers walking around doing nothing. I ask the White owner if someone started my car because I hear the other workers saying no one had touched my car. He says with any attitude they doing it you doing all that talking very freaking rude. It's my 1st and LASTTTT TIME. Even the work said don't come back. WTHService: Car waxing

Very disappointed in the service I received today. This isn't the first time that this has happened but I finally spoke up. I pulled in before two cars that got serviced before my car. When I questioned the new manager about it he said that it's because they requested a certain employee. I didn't know you can do that because last time I tried they said it's not how it words. I then shared how that's unfair because the policy is first come first served he kept repeating its because they requested a certain individual. I am a paying customer and I always tip generously. This is unacceptable and I will not be back.

$20 for a car wash is the norm i guess.. Car wash started and I mentioned that my puppy had vomited on the carpet and I was told that he would take care of it. Apparently he told the manager and then the manger asked me to show him... next thing I know the wash was done and nothing was ever mentioned. After paying I mentioned that the small spot wasn't cleaned and he told me it would be $25 to shampoo that spot. I then told him that how come you didn't tell me till after I again mentioned it. I was willing to pay for it but not only did it seem like they didn't want to do it (or the money for it) but I was just brushed off.In addition, more than half the staff was not wearing face mask (covid) while handing off chicken to each other all while washing cars. Smh. Poor customer service and highly unprofessional. Last time I bring one of my vehicles here.

They did a really good job cleaning my car and the workers listened to my wants... in my book that's a plus.... I will be back next weekend for my waxing to be done.
