My customer service experience here today was extraordinary!! I went to this location because I have always had help available in the photo department. Today, several people helped me beyond belief!! Matese walked me through every step of the very new process to me!! He was extremely patient and kind!! Absolutely perfect customer service!! Checking out was equally pleasant with Shatioya!! She was welcoming when I arrived and efficient and friendly during the check out!! I am so glad to give this store a well deserved five star review!! A special thanks to Amanda who helped me 'remember' the names of the people who helped me. I hope that you are all appreciated as you deserve!!

There is no indication on the pharmacy recordings to inform you that the pharmacy is CLOSED ON SUNDAY! I was in desperate need of antibiotics for a severe ear infection, i called to see when it would be ready and the voice activated recording said it would be ready after 2 pm and when i got there it was never open. I am beyond mad, i will never again go to this store.

I saw a lot of decorative cosmetics at a discount, less than one dollar. But at the checkout the girl scanned without a discount. When I tried to explain that this was the wrong price, she looked at me as if I was saying something stupid and it was unclear what I wanted from her. I went and took a picture of the row with price tags. She said "Sorry for the inconvenience" and changed the price in the system? No! She just went and peeled off the price tags! And said that this is the wrong price for other colors. Just at home, I checked what was written in the small print and saw that these exact colors that I wanted to buy were listed at a discount.Maybe she didn't want to bother with it, maybe there was a glitch in the system. But in any case, this is not the buyer’s fault and the price is usually changed at the checkout.Guys, put your shelves in order. This is a mess! And more customer focusUnpleasant experience

Had a terrible experience with your manager, Amanda. Not only did she talk to me in a disrespectful manner, but she would not honor a price they clearly had listed. She also berated her employee in front of several people in the store.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting George the pharmacist when I needed multiple vaccinations for travel. He was the best!!! Not only did he have the Yellow Fever vaccination available (so difficult to find), George had previously travelled to the places I am visiting. Travel chitchat definitely made for a much more relaxing appointment while getting so many vaccinations.

If you are visiting or live in Lauderdale by the Sea, this is probably the most convenient drugstore for you. It has a nice large parking lot facing A1A and also behind.I went to get some sunburn relief products for a friend and they have a large variety of them....generic labels as well, so lower prices than the name brand ones. They also have a nice section of beachwear, if you are looking for a new outfit for the beach.

This is the most wonderful Walgreens I've been to. I love everyone there. The pharmacy staff are so helpful, detailed and friendly. They actually call you (George) when you start new medicines to know how you are doing with them. They call you to remind you of refills. They call your doctors and insurance for you. Thank you ?
